  I interviewed a bunch of property managers before I chose Darrell Calhoun at DWC Property Group. I picked him because he gave me an honest answer on how much my house could rent for. From there, the communication was phenomenal. He got showings & applications moving right away, & he sent me updates every week. Strong communication was all I needed from a property manager, & he delivered. He also helped me with the transaction. He was very responsive, very helpful, kind & empathetic every step of the way. He even passed along a key late at night, around 8:30 PM, to help me out. Honest, responsive & truly helpful. I would recommend Darrell to anyone, & I will only work with him going forward. Five stars.
