    One of the cleanest, most responsive, and best organized apartment communities we have ever lived in. Big thanks to the entire Management team, staff, and maintenance crew! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, family friendly environment.

    I really want to leave a 5/5 review but I can't - former long term resident (5 years). The way they handled my move-out process was foul. I accidentally left behind Spectrum provided internet equipment and it was thrown away without so much as a courtesy text or email - just straight up "accidentally" trashed, even though they know it's an item tenant's are responsible for returning. As a result, Spectrum sent my bill to collections for over $200, and Latitude isn't willing to cover a cent. I asked them weeks before moving out what the process was for handling internet equipment - no reply. No instructions in their move-out doc either. They did not inform residents how to handle internet equipment for move-out, then put all liability on the tenant for simply leaving equipment in-unit even though they're the ones who trashed it without a courtesy notice. Their response after 5 years as a tenant was corporate lingo, we aren't liable on paper, et cetera. If I'm liable for leaving the equipment in-unit, Latitude is equally liable for "accidentally" throwing it away without a courtesy notice. Even if Latitude would have only been willing to meet me half-way on the bill which resulted from both of our mistakes, that would have been fair and I'd probably be leaving a much more positive review. Huge process gap on their behalf, but of course, tenants take the hit. Hugely disappointed in what was largely a positive experience for me.

    What a beautiful and well maintained property! I had the pleasure of touring with Viri who was FANTASTIC! She was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. Moving from out of state is stressful but she helped ease some stress and I look forward to making Latitude my new home!

    I had such a great experience touring latitude at Presidio I toured the A3 floorplan and was blown away with the amazing view the staff was amazing and very welcoming the leasing consultant Angela and assistant manager Viri was very helpful with catering to my needs and seeing how well the Manger AJ was very attentive with any questions I had was very reassuring made me feel very welcomed and very supportive during the touring process.

    I’ve lived here for 4 years, and it’s been a steady downhill slide. This property has been through 4 different management companies in that time, which tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run.If you look at their website, there are dozens of units available, and they’ve dropped the prices significantly to try and fill them. Don’t let the lower price fool you; there’s a reason so many people are leaving. ​The staff is incredibly unprofessional. If there’s a mistake on their end, don't expect an apology, expect an attitude. If you voice a concern or disagree with them, they start treating you differently. There is zero accountability here. They don't maintain the amenities. ​There’s a TV by the pool that hasn’t worked once in the 4 years I’ve been here. Why is it even there? ​In the summer, the bins by the grills are always overflowed. It smells horrible and attracts swarms of flies right where people are trying to eat. The trash bin is literally next to the table and chairs. ​The water fountain in the dog park has been broken for over 2 years. At one point they threw a kiddie pool out there as a "fix," but now even that and the water hose are gone Expect to be woken up in the middle of the night constantly. There are always leaks that trigger the fire alarms. Just last month, everyone was forced out of their beds at 3:00 AM in freezing weather for 40 minutes because of this. It’s been an ongoing issue for years and they never actually fix the root cause. ​I had high hopes when I moved in, but this place has gone to trash. I’m so ready for my lease to end. Please save yourself the headache and don’t move here.
