Initially seemed promising, but quickly became disappointing. Floors and walls have poor sound insulation, making neighbors' heavy footsteps easy to hear, and loud conversations. Some residents regularly ignore quiet hours by playing loud music. Smoking on balconies and pet owners frequently fail to clean up after their dogs, leaving waste throughout the property despite notices from management. Previously there have been issues of drug use in the clubroom bathroom and gym.

It was the worst rental experience I've ever had. When I moved into the apartment after collecting the keys, I found liquor bottles left behind, flies inside the unit, and dirty bathrooms. The apartment had not been cleaned after the previous tenants moved out. When I reported these issues, I did not receive a proper response from the management. I also faced serious issues when moving out. I personally went to the leasing office and informed them that I would be breaking the lease and vacating the apartment. However, when it was time to move out, they claimed that my notice was not in their system. As a result, I had to pay an additional two months' rent. Another issue was the cooktop. It already had scratches when I moved in, but during move-out, the management claimed there were excessive scratches and charged me for the damage, even though the cooktop was not in perfect condition when I took possession of the apartment. The security deposit was another major issue. The leasing agreement clearly states that I paid the deposit, but the management claimed it was not reflected in their ledger and refused to return my money. In addition, the corridors were rarely cleaned properly, and the overall maintenance of the property was poor. I experienced multiple issues throughout my stay. I would not recommend this apartment complex due to its poor maintenance, lack of professionalism, unfair move-out charges, and inadequate handling of tenant concerns.

One of the cleanest, most responsive, and best organized apartment communities we have ever lived in. Big thanks to the entire Management team, staff, and maintenance crew! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, family friendly environment.

I really want to leave a 5/5 review but I can't - former long term resident (5 years). The way they handled my move-out process was foul. I accidentally left behind Spectrum provided internet equipment and it was thrown away without so much as a courtesy text or email - just straight up "accidentally" trashed, even though they know it's an item tenant's are responsible for returning. As a result, Spectrum sent my bill to collections for over $200, and Latitude isn't willing to cover a cent. I asked them weeks before moving out what the process was for handling internet equipment - no reply. No instructions in their move-out doc either. They did not inform residents how to handle internet equipment for move-out, then put all liability on the tenant for simply leaving equipment in-unit even though they're the ones who trashed it without a courtesy notice. Their response after 5 years as a tenant was corporate lingo, we aren't liable on paper, et cetera. If I'm liable for leaving the equipment in-unit, Latitude is equally liable for "accidentally" throwing it away without a courtesy notice. Even if Latitude would have only been willing to meet me half-way on the bill which resulted from both of our mistakes, that would have been fair and I'd probably be leaving a much more positive review. Huge process gap on their behalf, but of course, tenants take the hit. Hugely disappointed in what was largely a positive experience for me.

What a beautiful and well maintained property! I had the pleasure of touring with Viri who was FANTASTIC! She was professional, friendly and super knowledgeable. Moving from out of state is stressful but she helped ease some stress and I look forward to making Latitude my new home!
