  Beware exorbitant move out fees and water shut offs! Resident for 4+ years. Pros: - Overworked, but dedicated maintaince. - Front staff wonderfully compassionate. - Love the location. The creek is beautiful and the ducks are wonderful and opinionated. - Love the pools. Well cared for. - 2 Story Buildings max. Easy to access. - Generally peacefully community. - Allows and is lenient about porchside gardening. Cons: - PAPER THIN WALLS. - Peeling bathtubs. - Overpriced Valet Trash (the dumpsters exist for a reason) - Bugs spotted. At end of lease, saw my first bedbug. - Old construction, wood bonds falling apart at the seems. - Awful gym hours. Used to be 24/7, Now closes too early for anyone to use even if they work a 9-5 after a commute. Also, water fountain doesn't work, toilet paper and soap never stocked in those bath rooms. - Unfortunately slow response time by maintaince on account of being overworked. Give those guys more support and a raise. - Awful refurbishing for new units. TAKE ALL OF THE PICTURES BEFORE MOVING IN. - Sticklers for porch clean up. Heaven forbid a item not seen as "outdoor furniture" is found on your porch. Examples of problems in my time living there: - The arrest of a bomber. - A month long of intermittent water shut offs. - Scarce, but present gunshots. - Extremely loud families yelling until 2am without resolution. - The Roachening I spent my middle years there when it was Middle Brook, and can definitive say that despite good memories, I cannot in good conscious recommend this complex under the current management.

  Roaches roaches roaches!! Beware! STAY AWAY from this complex they make very little effort to eradicate pests. Improper pest control methods. They simply do not care. The company they hire out to do it is called EnviroSmart.. check out their negative reviews as well because they will reflect what happens if you move here. Many of the buildings are infested and will continue to be.

  I’m just going to put my experience out here I did an 18 month lease. Pros- The staff is nice The apartments are decently priced for the area. They are pretty quick with some work orders Cons.- I had mold and water damage growing in my bathroom when I moved in. The was a leak under my sink causing water damage to my cabinets. My neighbor was blasting music in their car so loud the bass was making the walls shake I had to complain 4 times for it to stop. There are roaches Everywhere. This morning I had one fall from my ceiling. In the kitchen bathroom no matter how clean you and your space is they will be there. This morning I opened my pantry and saw 2 roaches mating. The walls are paper thin My washer and dryer is from 2005. It had a leak and I noticed lint hose wasn’t attached causing it to go everywhere and I had to clean it up off my walls Apartments are very out dated with the yellow walls and white appliances. In my opinion you can get a newer and nicer place for a couple hundred dollars more a month. I would strongly advise not to move here We are excited to be moving out soon.
