  Leaving a review here because of a ridiculous reason I’m being charged $200. I’m being charged $200 due October 15 because of 4 “Trash violations” Between August and September.The 4 violations were because I didn’t leave my trash inside of the Trashcan they’re suppose to provide.The only reason I found out I owed $200 was because of the PAPER notice on my door, I did not once receive any sort of email, phone or text about the 4 violations let alone the 1st one at the end of August.I called asking why I’m being billed this much and was told because of the 4 violations.I told them I’ve been asking for a trashcan for months and never received one after calling and emailing them.I showed two emails of me asking for a trashcan between July and August and that was suppose to be sufficient to get these charges waived, well apparently that’s not good enough, I’m apparently still suppose to pay $200 after not receiving one notice of the 1st charge at the end of August and never even getting a trashcan in the first place.im being told there’s nothing they can do,They can’t take the charges off but they can add them? Seems ridiculous.I was also told after my 1st 30 minute phone call we’ll get you a trashcan so this doesn’t happen again, ok sounds good.Then I get told we actually can’t get you a trashcan, you’re going to have wait till we’re done with our trash audit and If you want you can use your Personal Trashcan, Really? now no trashcan and I can use my Personal, like I’m not going to put my $120 trashcan outside and if it gets stolen who’s to blame.Also I’m still suppose to pay for “Valet trash service” When I don’t even have a trashcan to put out and if I just leave it on the floor I’m going to be penalized, like how does this make sense, If I put my trash out I’m being billed for a violation and if I decide to take it myself to the 1 Dumpster in the entire complex I’m still paying for the trash service?? This seems ridiculously crazy and unfair, Leaving this review here so people can see what they could dealing with, Unfairness and no accountability.Hope eventually we can work something out but till then this isn’t right. Be aware of the stupid things you can be billed for unfairly. Also, this is all over a small plastic trashcan they’re suppose to provide for you 🫩

  I had an outstanding experience at The Preserve at Preston Hill! I especially want to recognize Jonathan James for the exceptional customer service he provided. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly made a difference. It’s refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service and making people feel valued. Jonathan is a great representation of The Preserve at Preston Hill and deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. Thank you, Jonathan James, for a job well done! I truly appreciate your outstanding service and highly recommend working with him

  Excellent location to live as cedar hill is a beautiful place to be. As someone whose lived all over the U.S I look for great customer service and excellent management skills. You won't find better thanks to Jonathan James!!! MOVE IN NOW :)

  I’ve really enjoyed my experience at The Preserve at Preston Trail. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. The staff has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. I especially want to recognize Jonathan Jay for his professionalism and excellent customer service. He has been very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. He genuinely takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at The Preserve at Preston Trail and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!
