  Amber & Donna in the leasing office were extremely attentive with great service when helping me today! They definitely take into consideration what your budget/floor preferences are when looking at the different available properties and then take you around to look at everything which I must say is beautifully maintained. The amenities are what caught my attention so this location is by far my favorite.

  COMPLAINT REGARDING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, SANITATION, SECURITY, AND RESIDENT SAFETY At this point, the way this property is being managed is completely unacceptable and has become a serious concern for the health, safety, and well-being of the residents. Quite frankly, the current level of management is a joke. Management made the decision to remove approximately 13 dumpsters and replace them with one small trash compactor that is only serviced once a week. That decision has created an obvious and completely preventable sanitation problem. The amount of trash accumulating on the property has contributed to an environment where residents are now dealing with roaches, rats, coyotes, and other pests. This is not a minor inconvenience..it is a serious health and safety issue that should have been addressed immediately. What is even more disturbing is the lack of security and enforcement on the property. People who do not live in this community are being allowed to enter the pool area late at night, smoke, drink, and engage in inappropriate sexual activity in the pool. Residents should not have to tolerate this behavior in a community where we pay to live and expect reasonable standards of safety, cleanliness, and security. The most frustrating part is that management appears to have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Residents have repeatedly been left to deal with problems that should be management's responsibility. Our safety and quality of life should not be treated as an afterthought. My sister and I personally went to the office to bring these concerns to the attention of Manager Jamae Stroute. Rather than taking these concerns seriously or demonstrating any urgency, She was completely dismissive. When residents take the time to personally report serious sanitation, security, and safety concerns, the appropriate response is to listen, investigate, and take corrective action, not dismiss the people who are bringing the problems to your attention. We are paying residents, not nuisances. We deserve to live in a property that is properly maintained, reasonably secure, sanitary, and managed by people who actually take resident concerns seriously. At this point, I am requesting that management provide a clear explanation and corrective action plan addressing: The decision to remove the dumpsters and replace them with one compactor. The inadequate trash collection schedule. The resulting pest infestation and sanitation concerns. Unauthorized individuals accessing the pool and property. Smoking, drinking, and inappropriate conduct occurring in the pool area. What security measures are currently in place and why these issues are being allowed to continue. What specific steps will be taken to address these concerns and when residents can expect those steps to be completed. How management intends to ensure that future resident complaints are handled professionally rather than dismissed. This situation has gone far beyond a simple complaint about property conditions. Residents' health, safety, and quality of life are being affected, and management's apparent lack of urgency is unacceptable. If these issues are not addressed promptly and appropriately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate corporate offices, property ownership, and applicable local agencies responsible for health, sanitation, housing, and public safety. Residents should not have to fight to get management to take basic safety and sanitation concerns seriously. We deserve better than this, and management needs to start acting like it.
