  Damaris & Feliciti are amazing. Always get things done & I love the free events they continue to have for us. Free coffee, breakfast, lunch, etc. Cleaning the apartments, staying on top of maintenance, etc. I can see the change happening and I appreciate them.

  My daughter and I recently toured The Preserve at Preston Trails, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Bianca for providing such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Bianca made us feel genuinely welcomed. She was warm, personable, and took the time to engage not only with me but also with my daughter, which meant a lot. She introduced herself, remembered my daughter’s name throughout the tour, and made her feel included in the conversation. Those small touches truly stood out. Bianca was very knowledgeable and patient as we explored different floor plans. She listened to what I was looking for, took notes on my preferences, answered my questions, and helped me compare options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. She even pointed out details that aligned with things I mentioned wanting in my future home. What impressed me most was that she made the experience feel personal. Touring apartments can sometimes feel transactional, but Bianca made it feel like she genuinely cared about helping my family find the right fit. The community itself is beautiful, and the floor plans were impressive, but Bianca’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are what made this tour memorable. Thank you for such a positive experience!

  Visited family at this property recently and was honestly shocked by how management has handled ongoing noise complaints involving the tenant above my sister’s apartment. This is not occasional apartment noise …this is constant running, jumping, stomping, and loud impact noise from a toddler late into the night, sometimes until midnight. My sister and niece both work overnight shifts and are forced to try to sleep during the day and evening, yet they have repeatedly been denied peace in their own home despite making multiple complaints to management. Instead of meaningfully addressing the issue, management continues to minimize the situation by repeating that “quiet hours start at 10 PM,” as if tenants are not entitled to reasonable peace and quiet outside of those hours. The upstairs tenant has been spoken to multiple times, yet the disturbances continue. My sister’s boyfriend even attempted to respectfully speak with the neighbors directly to resolve things peacefully, only for the situation to be turned around and reported back to management. At this point, a police report will be filed today along with showing the police videos that were taken showing the noise and vibration from above along with corporate is being contacted because residents should not have to beg for basic peace in the apartment they pay for. Management’s lack of urgency and accountability regarding repeated disturbances has been extremely disappointing to witness especially when my sister has been paying her rent on time for years!
