  I enjoyed touring the property with Lauren. Hopefully everything works out with my current lease situation (I had a rat and I got the city involved to assist with me breaking my lease). I’d love to move to this property.

  I lived at this property and experienced ongoing issues with management that made the stay unnecessarily difficult. The previous management was friendly and the overall vibe was positive, but things changed significantly under the new management. For months, last-minute notices were given the same morning something was expected to be done, leaving little to no time to comply. Use of our balcony was restricted for several months, personal property was not respected, and trash service was unreliable even though residents pay for it. Staff were also observed going through residents’ trash. On move-out day a management member became confrontational at the dumpster area, used derogatory language, ran after my vehicle when I drove off, and then followed me in her car back to my apartment. These problems appear to be part of a broader pattern other residents have reported as well. Prospective tenants may want to consider recent resident feedback before signing.

  I have been a tenant for 3 years now. I have read several reviews about the recent management change. I am going to be honest at the beginning I was not happy, but in the last few months I have seen great improvement in managements communications, the office staff, and the beautification efforts for the property. That is why I gave a 3 star rating, as it is still progressing. Like all businesses it takes new management some time to get into the groove and make something their own, and I do believe that is beginning to happen. I was asked to give the new management time and I am doing that and so far I can see the improvements. Management cannot control the residents and we all have to remember that this OUR home and it is our responsibility as well to maintain our areas. We should pick up our own trash when we drop it. When we throw trash in the dumpsters, walk a few more steps and put in the trash bin and not around the exterior of the trash bins. This is our community and we ALL should take pride and take care of it. I do see the improvements and the efforts of the new management and appreciate that they are listening to our concerns. Nothing happens over night.
