I recently moved into this community and had a mixed experience. On a positive note, the apartment had a fresh paint job and new carpet, and the leasing representative was very kind during the process.
However, the move-in experience was extremely disappointing. I was originally assigned a different unit, but when I viewed it, the condition was far worse than expected and clearly not ready. I requested a transfer and was told I would need to wait an additional week so the new unit could be properly prepared after the previous tenants moved out.
Despite that extra time, the apartment was not cleaned at all before move-in. It appeared as though the previous tenants had just left, with visible dirt and unsanitary conditions throughout. I had to take time off work to clean the unit myself, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.
There were also maintenance issues at move-in, including a missing refrigerator drawer, a missing silverware holder in the dishwasher, a stove that smokes when turned on, and a broken bottom drawer on the stove that cannot be used. Additionally, one of the toilets does not appear to be properly installed and a towel rack that was reported as broken at move-in has still not been repaired.
Overall, while the cosmetic updates were nice, the lack of proper cleaning, inspection, and readiness before move-in was very disappointing. I hope management improves their make-ready process for future residents. For the price of rent, I expected a fully cleaned and functional unit—not one that I had to make livable myself.
I would encourage prospective tenants to read detailed reviews carefully. You may notice a few of the 5-star ratings are from property employees.

HONEST REVIEW! I have lived here over 5 years and the new property owners and office managers are completely trash. The apartments are suppose to be luxury affordable apartments so why do I not see security on the property anymore since the new apartment owners have arrived. Obliviously they don’t think the property is valued enough for security. Why are the gates ALWAYS OPEN! Why do I have to carry a trash can all the way across the apartment complex because yall got new ones and then you turn around and tell us if we don’t bring them in a couple of days there’s a 50 dollar fee. Uuummmm heeellloooo we have jobs too so what makes you think we have time to return a trash can between 10-6pm when the average person is at work during those hours. ( Please explain to me why you all didn’t ask us to sit them outside the door and you all can come collect them accordingly) But it’s suppose to be “Luxury”. Why is it taking maintenance longer to come and fix the issues we are having with our apartment? Why is the office closed on Sunday now? Why did the parking fees increase but the car ports are still missing lights? Why are random people knocking on my door in the middle of the week talking about they are checking water meters but I haven’t heard anything from the front office or received a notice. (Yall knew yall messed up the first day that’s why yall tried to send the emails the next morning because no one was allowing this so called “water meter checker” inside their apartment.) How are you putting notices on cars but it’s more trash on the property than ever before. Breezeways, stairs and apartment doors haven’t been power washed or cleaned in months. What is the after hours emergency number? SMH Now is this a reason not to move over here: I would say no because the apartments are nice and it is fairly quiet here but please be advised the real positive reviews are from the old property managers. Any review thats new and positive is fake and it was solicited.
