I once had an issue with online payments, unlike the last couple of managers, the issue was resolved immediately. Any concerns I may have, it doesn't sit for weeks at a time, as soon as someone is available, it is complete. For anyone who is looking for a property that will meet your financial needs as well as, professionalism, well kept, secured, well-organized and great customer service....this is the apartment that you have been looking for. Been on the property since 2018 and I couldn't be more happier with Cherrise Harris and crew! Thank you SO much! 🙂 Sincerely, Grateful Resident
- AAAnon AnonJan 12, 20262.0Only giving 2 stars for staff, they are friendly. But the upkeep of the property needs to change. They've been promising power washing but it is never fulfilled for over a year now and trash cans FULL of dog poop are rarely changed, and thats for the people that actually pick-up after their dog (dog poop is all over the grass.)Just feels dirty. I've been living here since 2023 but will be moving when my lease is up.
