  Maintenance and leasing office agents are top tier. They respond quickly to urgent requests. When my AC condenser froze up they sent someone out on a weekend in the evening to fix my AC right then so I wouldn't roast in the Texas heat. The online app is easy to use and they're very communicative and respectful. Great company to work with and great community to live in.

  I have lived at The Springs of Indian Creek for more years than I care to admit. I never planned to be here this long, but I just haven't found a good reason to leave. I love the location because it's easy for me to get pretty much anywhere in the DFW area quickly and easily, due to being conveniently located near many major roadways, including I35, Hwy 121, and the George Bush Turnpike. The property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a nice, quiet area right alongside the Elm Fork branch of the Trinity River. The maintenance crew is always on top of things, handling issues quickly and never without a smile on their faces, and I have always felt very taken care of by them. The office staff is so warm, friendly, and helpful and has always gone above and beyond for me, which I appreciate more than words. It is always a pleasure to interact with the staff, whether it be in the office or out on property as they zip around on the golf carts taking care of business. I have really enjoyed my time living here, and I honestly can't imagine finding another apartment community that would provide a better experience than I have had here. I highly recommend!

  Since moving into this complex at Indian Creek, I haven't had any issues with my neighbors. The staff is attentive whenever I need help resolving any issues in my apartment. Thank you for always being so friendly! The ladies in the office are truly special..!!!
