  Este lugar lo califico con CERO estrellas,la administración no es competente para solucionar problemas,llevo mas de dos años viviendo en este lugar,pero ahora se volvió invivible, los vecinos hacen mucho ruido violan tu tranquilidad, tu descanso,son escandalosos.puedes llevar pruebas de todo lo que pasa,llamar a la policia,pasar miles de quejas y no te solucionan,, LA MISMA OFICINA ESTA FALTANDO A LOS NORMAS SEL CONTRATO,VIOLACION A LA TRANQUILIDAD Y PERTURBACIÓN DE LOS VECINOS, SUB ARRENDAR,INCOMODAR A LAS VISITAS,…hay mejores lugar para vivir dignamente que este lugar. Para que te solucionen hay que iniciar procesos legales

  We moved in on 8/1/26. They had assured us that the apartment would be ready. I have only lived there 15 days and the maintenance requests have been ridiculous. The office staff is friendly but not very helpful, they need to hire better maintenance. Maintenance claims they go and “fix” the issue only to find out when you get home that the issue is not fixed. I had to place a request 3 times and maintenance kept claiming there was no leak. I had to leave work early to show them that in fact there was a leak. And then they still had to come the next day to get it fixed. I’ve lived in apartments before but I have never had to place a request for the same problem multiple times. Not only did I place the leak request more than once but also the stove, dishwasher, and drawers that were broken. They placed a plastic laminate on the flooring that was not “dried when we moved in has been peeling because it was not placed properly. This apartment complex needs to make their maintenance more accountable because it has been a headache. I have attached the many requests that I had to put in since I moved in.

  Buen día. Quiero expresar mi opinión de inconformidad ya que desde que me trastee tengo que aguantarme unos OLORES insoportables de Miaos y popo de perro 🐕 ya que mi vecina de arriba al lavar me bota abajo todo eso a mi balcón el cual no puedo abrir para airar mi hogar porque solo entra ese olor a berrinche ya he ido hablar pero es evidente que no cumplen las reglas que NO SE para que ponen reglas si no son para cumplir. Por eso mi consejo es si usted se va a venir a vivir acá averiguar primero que vecinos de arriba le toca y si tienen perros primero verifique que no tenga usted esos olores todos los días porque créame es muy pero muy incómodo y molesto tener que vivir así cuando no hay una solución porque hay personas que no les afecta nada pero las reglas de nada sirven PORQUE NO SE CUMPLEN 🥺🙁solo le comparto para que no tenga que usted vivir lo mismo 😔 y más con niños no poder que salgan al balcón porque así laves el OLOR ES INSOPORTABLE 😫

  I’m not big on leaving reviews but I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place. Management is impossible to get a hold of unless you go in person. I truly don’t think they clean prior to tenants moving in. They had us tour a different apartment because the one we were moving in to was occupied. That being said, when we were actually handed our keys, it was a genuine nightmare of what we walked into. I mean, the place is full of roaches, the washer/dryer closet has literal mold that they have yet to clean, our front window was cracked in two (has been fixed, I’ll give them that.), I mean, it has been a disaster trying to move into what feels like a motel6. They claim that these are “upgraded” apartments, but all of the appliances we have a used and damaged! I mean, they could’ve hired a detailer at least to have clean before they try moving in people. Now I get being understaffed, as that’s was the excuse I was given, but you’ve got to draw the line somewhere. People shouldn’t have to suffer because of someone else’s negligence.
