  I’ve been living here since December. The staff is SO friendly and helpful. The maintenance is very responsive and thorough. The grounds are very well kept and so far it is very quiet and no issues. I love my new place!

  Honestly, I feel bad for the roaches 😂 They had their forever home, living their best life, and then we showed up ruining everything. If anything, we were the infestation. The real problem is the leasing office because why did they even let us move in when the roaches had already signed a lifelong lease. If you are thinking of living here just know you will be a guest in the roaches apartment, not the other way around 😂 And that’s just the beginning. The whole place smelled like weed 24/7, so no need to step outside for a contact high. The sink? A true masterpiece. No matter how many times maintenance "fixed" it, the pipe would just pop off like it had a personal vendetta, dumping all the water straight onto the floor through the cabinets. And the tap? It made so much noise that our neighbors thought we were doing some kind of construction project. They even left us a note asking us to stop, as if we had any control over the possessed plumbing 😂💀

  Lived here for two years. Quiet neighborhood and okay rent price (pretty cheap for the current rates). Lots of building issues though. Had issues with the outdoor lights not coming on once it was dark, and had to call maintenance multiple times before they worked. Clearly there is a foundation issue with my building as I had difficulty opening my front door during the months of March-June in both years I lived here. My bathtub wasn’t leveled correctly and constantly had standing water, not because of a clogged drain, but because the water physically could not get to the drain. Biggest issue though was when I decided to move out. It took emailing three times just to get an empty email with an attached form. No info on when it needed to be turned in. I got no confirmation that my move out had been approved. I had to email a 4th time just to be told to fill out the same form. I once again received no confirmation. When I went to turn in my keys, they tried to tell me I gave no notice. I had to yet again show them the emails I sent and was treated like an inconvenience despite the problem being caused by their shortcomings. I will definitely be avoiding all LUMA properties in the future.
