- MMMoccrowFeb 13, 20211.0Dealing with an outbreak of rats/mice. They said that the exterminator would be here Friday. No one showed up after we had to wait a week in a rat infested apartment. We found rat droppings and saw one outside. Don't move here. *edit* management says I'm not on the lease when I am. He's trying to not listen to me because of an error in their system. Do not listen to the management reply because I am indeed on the lease and he's either lying or their system is broken.
- RRRoz RenaeOct 11, 20203.0The apartments are very old and worn down. They have tried to fix it up so I'll give credit for that and for the most part the property ground are groomed and clean. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. It's a lot of younger people hanging out in parking lot and noise has went up. The police are in the area a lot and cars have been vandalized. Also heard gun shots a few times. The complex is getting a bit out of hand. We payed almost $1000 a month for a one bedroom with appliances from the early 90s yucky carpet old vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathroom... If you want upgraded appliances you have to pay extra a month but it's not worth it. If you have to move here just stay to yourself and be aware of your surroundings. Not the worst but not the best....
