  I had a chance to tour these apartments with a family member who is looking for a place. I must say the manager he had the best hospitality I encountered since moving to Texas. He was very patient and knew the community like none other. I will still give 5 Stars. He was very professional and my had the best sense of humor. The prices and the specials are really cool. Thanks Titas for showing us around the place is really cool.

  From the moment we first stepped foot here, my husband and I automatically fell in love—we just knew this was home. The entire process was seamless, and the community itself is so warm, charming, and peaceful. We are incredibly grateful to be here and know the Lord brought us here to meet Ms. Winea and Titus for a reason! We can’t wait to spend our days enjoying this lovely complex and looking forward to everything He has prepared for us in this next chapter!

  Moving here to Branch Creek has been a pleasant experience..Our agent Winea.. here at the Apartments has been very helpful ..she got us approved and fixed all maintenance concerns..I recommend if 7 need a townhouse or Apartment come see the Leasing Agent Winea she got it!!!

  These apartments are a NIGHTMARE. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place is so nasty and infested with all kinds of bugs!! No matter how much you clean it’s like they come more. Our place has been infested with ants, roaches, small spiders, gnats, and etc. the other day there was literally a 💀 rat on my patio. You can’t even eat your food in peace without seeing something flying or crawling near you . Of course it’s normal to see a bug here and there but EVERYDAY??!! NO!! More than one neighbor has told me they’ve seen an infestation too in their apartments also. I wouldn’t even tour these apartments just run as far as you can!!! #thenastiest apartments ever !!! And pest control doesn’t do anything about it!!

  During the move in process Wynea made it very easy to get settled in and even though I was out of town the situation was dealt with amazingly. I’d like to thank her for making it so simple, super excited for my future here
