Me acabo de mudar y el proceso fue muy fácil con la ayuda de las personas de oficina. El apartamento está muy limpio con unos detalles pero los de mantenimiento vinieron muy rápido no los esperamos tan rápido.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have been a tenant in my apartment for 7 years. In recent months, I reported visible black mold in my bathroom. A representative from the front office visited, took pictures, and I have followed up on this issue multiple times. On today, I was informed by the manager that a notice of non-renewal had been placed on my door in April, stating that my lease would not be renewed and I must vacate by July 29, 2026. I did not receive or see this notice, and this is the first time I have been made aware of it. This gives me less than three weeks to find new housing. I am a parent of three children with autism and special needs. A sudden move with such short notice is extremely disruptive for me and my family. ....They're basically not allowing me to renew my lease because of the mold so they can paint over it and lease it to someone else instead of gutting out the bathroom.

Deserves ZERO stars. We had a terrible experience living here. The management is so unresponsive. They never replied to any emails or messages through the app and if you want anything to get done, you have to call them over and over again. When we moved in one of the toilets was broken and a window was broken. Took them 6 MONTHS to fix the toilet. Hot water went out and wasn't working for a whole week. Roaches in the apartment on the regular. Ridiculous. Trash was always everywhere, the pool was gross, and the gym is only open during office hours. Not to mention when we moved out they charged us some crazy cleaning and damage fees and wouldn't tell us specifically what they were for. We left that apartment WAY better than how it was when we moved in and again, they would not communicate with us when we were trying to talk about these concerns. So shady. I could go on and on about how much we hated this place. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some grief and live somewhere else.

The WORST apartment complex. Wouldn’t fix my AC and my son and I were hot all night. Horrible customer service, dog poop all around the property, horrible maintenance.

They were so convincing to get you in. They do and say all the right things to lure you in. And then when you're in, they disrespect you. So we just moved into the apartments. We originally had a lease for an apartment scheduled for May 25th, signed and paid for had movers planned and all. The unit gets a pipe burst, and all of a sudden, we need a new unit with a new contract, but they don't want to honor the original lease date of the 25th. Instead, they change the date to the 23rd and force us to sign it for the 23rd on today (so I had to pay extra) the 26th. I came to the office looking for a respectful fix. But instead, the manager, Nancy Lopez, gets involved. I get a little emotional, and Nancy starts belittling me, saying how we aren't going to do that here. So we signed because at this point, we have no choice. Basically held hostage at this point. It is day 2 of our move-in, and it's already super bad experience. Also, our bathtub has a random pipe above our bath that always drips water onto our heads and into the bathwater. It's gross. It was stuff like being promised an easy move or that the kitchen would have a glass top oven (a lie, by the way) but got coil. If you read the reviews (which I wish I had), you can clearly see there's an issue with management, and as I've seen in person, I definitely believe it. And yes, I can post pictures of the original lease date, forced lease date, and any issues that I mentioned above.
