- SCSamantha Carrasco1 day ago5.0Our Pulte home landed in our lap by chance but we are super grateful for that. We didn’t get to go through the building process but that didn’t make a difference we were still treated like it was the start of building our home. We are now a year in and we haven’t really had any issues. We had our 1 year inspection with Emily T (our customer care rep) and it was very easy to work with her. She didn’t a great job on taking note of what we needed and didn’t make us feel like it wasn’t going to get fixed or that it wasn’t Pultes problem. Emily is down to earth and super positive which made the whole process feel less stressful. If we have a chance to build I do believe Pulte would be our first choice as a builder.

Their attention to the details was to my expectation. One suggestion would be to evaluate the landscape company used for the sod which is taking well yet plenty of gaps between sections.
