It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Courtney during the application process. Not only was she the consummate professional, she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable . She was kind, patient and understanding. Her supervisor joined our meeting as well. She was also very helpful. I highly recommend Park Hudson Apartments, and look forward to embarking on this new chapter. Courtney, you are the best!!

Hello, This isn't a review per se, but just a comment about something that needs some addressing. I just wanted to bring to the community managers attention that the dog park isn't lit at all anymore. It had 2 lamps that made it very useful/helpful after dark to bring our animals to. I guess one broke a while back & has not been fixed? The other seems to have simply gone out. I don't know if it is a simple bulb or what, but it is also out and has been so for 2 months or so. Now, it is pitch black; making the dog park not very helpful to us that get home late from our day jobs. We have to go across the street where the streetlights are so that we can make sure to pick up the messes that our dogs make and keep an eye on them, which is a bit annoying. Can we get this fixed? It's great having a dog park and all, but not useful anymore once night time hits. Thx a lot!

Ms. Courtney was very helpful and explained everything the apartment complex offers the tenants. She gave us a walk through if the property and showed us the model apartment and was very detailed along the way. We appreciate her time and hospitality!!

Courtney, at the front desk has been the most helpful with the move in process. She is so kind and patient to customers. Willing to answer all questions and explain them through. She has made this experience one of the best I have ever had at an apartment complex!!

I’ve lived at Park Hudson Apartments for over four years, and overall it really has been a great place to call home. The community is quiet, the location is convenient, and for the most part I’ve enjoyed my time here. That said, there’s one ongoing issue that really needs attention: trucks frequently back into parking spaces in a way that blocks the sidewalks and walkways. I totally understand that we live in Texas and big trucks are part of everyday life, but when the beds extend over the walkways, it violates Bryan’s local ordinances as well as ADA accessibility requirements. These rules exist to make sure everyone can move around safely. This affects more people than management may realize—anyone using a wheelchair, pushing a stroller, carrying groceries, or just trying to walk through the complex ends up having to step into the street or onto uneven ground. I know management wants to keep the red fire lanes clear, and I agree with that completely, but they can’t prioritize one ordinance while ignoring another. If a truck is too large to park without blocking the sidewalk, there’s plenty of public street parking just a few steps away. It’s a simple fix that would make life easier and safer for everyone here. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the City of Bryan, and they confirmed that my interpretation of the ordinances is correct. They’ve told me they’ll be reaching out to the property soon. I’m hopeful this leads to some positive changes, because this really is a nice place to live—and with a little more attention to accessibility and safety, it could be even better. Note, for full transparency, I'm not using my real name in this review because like most people who leave less than stellar ones, retaliation is a real and valid fear no matter who your landlord is. Nevertheless, my feedback is real, actual, and factual. I've noticed other reviews attacked on the basis of "we can't find your info in our database" as a means to attempt to paint those reviews as untrue. Mine is not and I just want to nip that one in the bud. P.S. One more thing worth mentioning is the dog park lighting. A lamp fell last year and still hasn’t been replaced, and the remaining lamp hasn’t worked for months. That means the dog park is basically unusable after dark. Once the time change hits in the fall, this will become an even bigger issue. It’s a small maintenance fix that would make a big difference for residents who rely on that space.
