  We were shown around the property by Courtney. She was awesome. The property is clean and beautiful. It shows that they take good care of the place. We called back to get more details. The team is a delight to work with.

  Sent someone to tour at Park Hudson and Courtney provided the most exception customer service! My client is looking for for September but Courtney treated them as if they have lived here for years, and made them feel right at home!! Thank you Courtney!!!

  I went to tour the place, and Courtney Onstott was really sweet and helpful with the tour, as well as helping me answer questions and sign the lease!

  I have been living here for almost five years. I call it my home and plan on staying for many more years. I feel safe here and have made many life long friends. The community if great. There have been many management and maintenance employee changes since I have been here. Some very good and some not. I don't usually leave reviews for places and people just doing what I consider "their jobs". I would like to mention Courtney, she got my attention at the very beginning of her employment here. I liked her immediately. Very prompt, friendly and listens to requests and needs. She's very professional and resourceful . I believe she truly cares about the property and residents. I truly hope her position here will be a long one. Ivan does a good job, he is very thorough and goes over and beyond. Gabby is always sweet, warm and friendly as can be. It appears we may finally have a hard working, caring, professional and complete team.

  I’ll start this off by saying I haven’t seen the apartments in person but I know when I do I still feel amazed. I will say Courtney has made the leasing process by far the easiest I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I are moving to the area due to me transitioning out of the Armed Forces, Courtney and the staff have made it beyond easy to do everything remotely making it one less thing for us to stress about from the mountain of tasks we have. I’ve never dealt with a leasing team who cares so much about their soon to be residents and current residents. Just know that if you apply, while you’re emailing you’ll already have the warm cozy home feeling in your mind.
