  Park Hudson Place is an amazing property very welcoming and professional the staff is amazing and helpful, the maintenance team had my unit ready for move it. Would recommend anyone to live here and call it home.

  Horrible service. They required us to leave our apartment for 2 days so they could paint the bathroom and then painted the wrong bathroom. Then, they required us to leave for 2 days again and did not compensate us for the time, gas money, or medications they ruined when they painted the wrong bathroom.

  ***udated*** our AC has went out twice with our apartment reaching over 80 degrees, they gave us a garage opener that opened someone else’s garage (car inside), and now our power is completely out in one room and we have no WiFi. This is all within a span of 3 weeks of living here. I work from home and have meetings and I’m now having to move my schedule around again due to the neglect of checking things before tenets move in. The manager was notified last night at 7pm and she tried to tell us what the issue was, even though my husband told her that wasn’t it. Now we are going all weekend with no power to the room which also shut my husbands PC down completely(hopefully it isn’t damaged). I’d find somewhere else to move. *** Dylan was great! He responded right away after our AC went out overnight. Within less than an hour, our AC was back to working perfectly.
