  Shawnie has been the absolute best! She has great communication skills and has a solution to any problem you have. I will be recommending her to anyone who will listen!! Stephen and chase have been great as well!

  Went into look at a new house after been told to look around 10 minutes later I was told you need to leave it's closing time by the then manager John ( Bryan college station TX) , so I went up the road 2minutes and bought one from Palm harbor, then John from claton persists to keep calling me about buying from him and wanting to know what all I signed with Palm harbor even though I constantly kept telling him to stop calling so I blocked his and the shops numbers

  My son and our family just bought a home from here. Not only did they listen to our needs but from the time we closed to the time we moved in was about 5 weeks. So impressive with all the struggles and stress they sure helped in every way could. I also might mention this was a double wide FHA loan with many hoops that we put inside city limits. They made it seem easy. We are moved in and oh so happy with the service and care we experienced. I would recommend them to anyone. Go see Talana at Clayton Homes she is the BEST!!!!!!

  My husband and I just finished purchasing our first home, and I truly cannot recommend Maira enough! She helped us every step of the way from start to finish. She stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and explained everything in terms we could actually understand, which made such a big difference as first-time homebuyers. Maira worked hard to help us find a home that fit our budget and was always patient as we looked at different houses. She kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier. We got a sneak peek of our new home today, and I couldn't be happier! We are so excited to move in, make it our own, and start this new chapter. Maira, you are the best!
