- RNRyan NewMay 13, 20261.0Do not buy a home from this company since moving in we've had problems with leaks in roof coming in threw window. They only give one year warranty and everything then starts to fall apart first day pruning on water blew the pipes under the house out. Insurance company they provide really doesnt do anything and refuses to acknowledge the roof or window is leaking saying we dont see any storm related damage. They act like they are proactive but once deal is done they do little to nothing to resolve issues. Worst buy ever do not get a manufactured home buy a real house constructed from the ground up!!!!
