  Lou is exceptional and answered all the questions we had about everything quickly and confidently. She walked us through several floor plans and helped us pinpoint exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back when it's time to buy!

  Recently purchased our first home with my fiancé here at brenham Clayton homes! With the help of Jacob we were in our home in about 1 month ! They made the process surprisingly easily and were very in touch throughout the entire process. We really appreciate everyone at Clayton homes that helped us achieve one of our many dreams!

  This was my third time buying a Clayton home. I have been very happy with all three as they have all been well built and you get a lot for your money with them. This was however, my first time buying from Clayton of Brenham. I could not say enough nice things about the whole team. Jacob, the salesman, was very patient and helpful finding the exact floorplan that work for my needs. Wendy, the boss lady, made sure everything went smooth. From closing, to delivery, to finding the right contractors to get it all hooked up right and looking good. Both of them have been in constant contact, updating me with everything going on. And never once did I feel pressured into anything. Other companies may just want to sell you house and forget about you. That's not the case here, they go the extra mile and treat you better than family. I will definitely come back to them in the future.
