  Where do I even begin? I’m incredibly grateful for Scott — not only for his fast and efficient work, but even more for the genuine care, compassion, and honesty he showed throughout the entire process. I reached out to Scott on April 16 after my previous loan team kept delaying things and couldn’t give me clear answers on whether I was even approved, despite being only two weeks away from closing. The uncertainty and lack of communication were extremely stressful. By April 17, Scott had already started rebuilding my loan from the ground up. He completely reworked the file, got me through underwriting, secured approval, and helped me close in just 9 business days. Yes you read that right 9 NINE business days. On top of that, he saved me over $20,000 in closing costs. I received the keys to my new home on April 29 — a full day ahead of my original scheduled closing date. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly advocates for you, I can’t recommend Scott enough. Working with him was one of the best decisions I made during this process.

  I had an excellent experience working with Scott throughout the entire home buying process. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and stayed on top of everything every step of the way. Even when delays came up on the title company’s end, he worked diligently to make sure things kept moving forward so we could still close on our designated closing date. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his professionalism, knowledge, and communication. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood everything along the way. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication he put into helping us close on our home. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable loan officer.

  Scott D. is a fantastic lender who got us a super competitive, VA Elite, 30 year fixed loan @ 5.624% interest with minimal costs, roundly beating out other lenders. He made the process very personable, incredibly efficient, and ensured we closed on time. He is a straight shooter who truly cares about getting his clients the best deal.
