  Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it on a tight deadline while moving halfway across the country is a whole different level of chaos. Honestly, I wasn’t sure we could pull it off, but Texas Home Loans made it happen. We worked closely with Scott, and he was an absolute lifesaver. Because of our relocation, we were on a crazy-fast timeline. Scott didn't even blink; he just got to work. Why we’re so impressed: • The Speed: We applied for the loan on April 17th and were officially closed by May 1st. • The Timeline: He managed to get everything finalized in just 15 days so we could move in on schedule. • The Support: Scott really took the time to sit down with us and explain all the different rate options and down payment scenarios. As first time home buyers this was especially appreciated! It made such a difference feeling like we were making an informed, confident decision rather than just rushing through paperwork.   Where do I even begin? I’m incredibly grateful for Scott — not only for his fast and efficient work, but even more for the genuine care, compassion, and honesty he showed throughout the entire process. I reached out to Scott on April 16 after my previous loan team kept delaying things and couldn’t give me clear answers on whether I was even approved, despite being only two weeks away from closing. The uncertainty and lack of communication were extremely stressful. By April 17, Scott had already started rebuilding my loan from the ground up. He completely reworked the file, got me through underwriting, secured approval, and helped me close in just 9 business days. Yes you read that right 9 NINE business days. On top of that, he saved me over $20,000 in closing costs. I received the keys to my new home on April 29 — a full day ahead of my original scheduled closing date. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly advocates for you, I can’t recommend Scott enough. Working with him was one of the best decisions I made during this process.
