  Would not recommend this place, daily infestation of roaches in apt, open holes in dry wall never fixed. Upon move out tried to say we didnt clean the apt which we clean so much better than we received it and kept half of our deposit. Tried to communicate with management but got no response. The property went downhill with trash at pool and multiple times it was closed because people dont know how to respect and clean up after themselves. Guess thats who they want to rent to. The turn over at the office is constant and very unhelpful. Residents trash cans left out all the time and broken fans never fixed for months.

  Renters BEWARE!!!! PEM Management is the worst management company we have ever experienced. We paid everything we owed after our lease ended. We had no money owed. Our account was closed and we had a zero balance. We contacted the property 30 days after we moved out to confirm once again that we didn’t owe any money. They said no we did not and said we were paid in full with a $0 balance on our account. Then, 9 months later we get a letter from a debt collector for $400. Are you kidding me? Why didn’t you (PEM Management) contact us and tell us we owed money? We would have paid it. We will never again rent a property that is managed by PEM Management!!!

  I just wanted to say thank you so much to Justin for creating such a wonderful experience! I can be so indecisive and was really struggling to choose between two different units, and Justin walked with me back and forth to go see them multiple times, and was so kind about it, never making me feel rushed or bad for being indecisive. He also answered my very long list of questions so patiently. I also toured with Katelyn and she was absolutely amazing! The complex is gorgeous, and area is so perfect and safe. Everyone I came across at the complex was so friendly. I'm so excited to move in!

  We absolutely LOVE living here! The community is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and well-maintained at all times. It’s in a perfect location just minutes from Main Street, grocery stores, and I-10. We also love having plenty of sidewalks for walks, along with beautiful trails nearby. Katelyn and Justin in the leasing office are always so kind and helpful! Communication from the leasing office has been outstanding, both throughout the leasing process and now as residents. The maintenance team is equally impressive with their kindness, help, and efficiency. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here and call this community home for what we hope will be a long time!
