  Wendy made the process super easy! I moved from another city and she was prompt and answered all my questions. Super smooth transition. So far it's been a great place to live. The maintenance team is also very prompt and everyone is super friendly. Quiet community too.

  There are no parking spaces here if you work a 2nd shift job and come home late at night. If you want to live here, be prepared to park on the opposite side of the apartment complex and walk about 10 minutes to your apartment. They allow single tenants to have 3+ cars, and never thought to build more parking spaces.

  LOVE ESTRAYA BOERNE! This was my " starting over " apartment as a single mom, and Wendy helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my daughter. The staff is always super helpful and pleasant every time you walk in! The property is kept up with well and very safe. We built great memories at Estraya! Highly recommend!

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is well maintained, and anytime I’ve had a question or needed something taken care of, the staff has been friendly, responsive, and helpful. Jay with Maintenance does a great job of addressing issues and keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s been a good place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

  EDIT: I mentioned in this review that management WILL retaliate and they have again. I have a family member still living here and they received a notice to vacate just hours after I left this review. When he spoke to management about it she specifically mentioned my review and that it "defamed their character". So I'm also attaching review highlights from 7 other tenants in the last YEAR saying the same thing about this awful management. It's not defamation, it's accountability. Imagine how many people never bothered to leave a review. This is the "luxury" you're paying for. This place has become so disgusting since the new management took over. They don't do anything to maintain the place. They don't enforce any no smoking or quiet hours policies. People frequently slam their doors so hard it shakes the whole building. Parties get out of hand with loud music, people shouting, reckless driving and doing burnouts in the parking lot, but most of the time that behavior is coming from their own employees who live here at a discount. So there's an obvious bias at play there and they absolutely will retaliate. After complaining about a loud party by a tenant who I later found out was an employee, I received a tow notice on my car that was parked in a covered spot that I PAY for and had to switch it to a garage instead just so I knew it would be safe. The police presence here doesn't even get management to take things seriously. If someone calls the cops on you for beating your spouse, kids or animals, no matter how much screaming there is, nothing gets done. Management doesn't care about that or individuals who get arrested for drugs or violence (including firing a gun during a mental health episode), even ON the premises, still won't get a lease violation and get to continue that behavior.
