  If you love being able to hear your neighbors all day/all night due to thin walls, dealing with rude management, scorpion/ant infestations, poor maintenance/trash service, areas that are not maintained (pool area, dog spa, stairwells, etc), this is the place for you to call home!! Seriously though, look elsewhere. During my time living here, I had to worry about my newborn baby and dogs being stung by scorpions (they were popping up left and right in my apartment despite having pest control come by), and also myself and my baby not getting sleep due to loud neighbors (upstairs, beside, and below.) I was never taken seriously by management. I was always told to call the non emergency line if the noise was after 10pm (which I did, and still, nothing was done). The management team when I first moved there was amazing. When management switched to what it is now, everything went downhill. EXTREMELY rude. NOTHING is maintained. After submitting MULTIPLE maintenance requests for one particular issue, it was never resolved and maintenance marked it “completed” even though it never was. The management now will be nice when you move in, but if you have any issues during your time here, you will be belittled and talked to like you’re stupid. I’m sure their reply to this review will be passive aggressive also. Included photos of the pool area falling apart, trash piling up at the compactor, and one of the many scorpions we found IN our apartment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to rent. Especially if you have little ones. SO glad to be out of there.

  I am currently a resident and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I’ve made multiple noise complaints about my upstairs neighbors, and while management has told me they’ve spoken to the residents, the excessive noise continues. I appreciate that they have responded to my emails, but the issue remains unresolved, and I have not been able to peacefully enjoy my apartment. I chose this community hoping for a quiet place to live, but the ongoing disturbances have made that impossible. I hope management takes stronger action so future residents don’t have the same experience.

  Moved in recently. The office staff is excellent and were extremely helpful in getting our application fast tracked due to an emergency. We still had to fulfill all qualifications, but Elana stayed on the phone far longer than I think most would have to ensure we had everything we needed, and everyone else has been amazing. There were a few issues we noted with maintenance, who came out and got them fixed the same day. I HIGHLY recommend Estraya.

  I had a great experience at Estray at Boerne! Eliana, the leasing consultant, did an amazing job walking me through everything and answering all my questions. She was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I also love the location — it’s so close to downtown Boerne, which makes it really convenient to enjoy all the shops and restaurants nearby. On top of that, the pricing is very competitive for the area. Overall, a great community and a great team. Highly recommend checking it out!

  Toured this community a few days ago and WOW! Amenities are great (Pool space is fantastic), floor plans are very spacious, and the price is so reasonable for the amazing location. Best of all, Eliana, the leasing agent, was so kind and patient helping us decide on an apartment. We will definitely be leasing at Estraya!
