  I have lived at these apartments since 2015 and have had multiple problems until it was sold recently. Now there is new management and maintenance that are awesome. I used to have to wait weeks for a part to fix things like my stove. Recently I had an emergency in which the heating element went out in my stove and it was fixed a couple days later. I continue to be surprised by this new management, ownership and maintenance. They really care about their residents and Yesenia is the best apartment manager we have ever had! This place is awesome, they really care about the residents and I will not be moving for a while!

  Me and my husband just moved in and Yesenia truly made it the most easiest/wonderful experience. Truly this apartment complex is so lucky to have someone who will do everything in their power to get us in and put a MOVE on it. Y'all truly could not have someone better than her to put as the face of this apartment complex when people go into the office. I can not say enough wonderful words about her except that she truly is amazing!

  Meeting Yesenia at the front office to get a tour felt like meeting a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. Not only was she approachable but informative and answered every question I had. I’ve since moved in and continue to be impressed by all the staff I’ve met. The maintenance man on site (Michael) to the online support (Abby). There responsiveness is immediate and effective. My neighbors are respectful and considerate and a few have been here going on for 6 years. Other tenants I’ve met seem happy and friendly as well. Location is great 😊. Pretty quiet even when the kids ride their bikes outside and play it all stops at a respectful hour. No pest issues inside my apartment either, it is bright and beautiful. I’m loving this community and hope to enjoy it for many years.

  The new gym and bbq are nice. Manger and maintenance make the property great.
