  I love that this place is small and cozy. It's a little hidden which I like, so it's quiet. The people that live here are nice and the staff is awesome. They have been making some cool changes over the last year. I like it, I'll stay a while.

  By far one of the most well kept community’s in Boerne. Yesenia showed my daughters and I around the community, toured a 2bed 1 bathroom and even took the time to show me pictures of a 2 by 2 that would be coming available soon. We look forward to renting here soon.

  *Update- I want to give credit where it's due and say thank you to Yesinia for working this situation out and continuing to communicate with me. The issue has been resolved. Yesinia has been an asset here as our property manager and continues to show she is here to work with us and support us as residents.*There is a neighbor that lives below me that is letting their dog pee and poop on the patio. It smells so bad. I have made multiple complaints and sent pictures and videos. It is still happening. There are no consequences. This has been going on for a month.

  I have lived at these apartments since 2015 and have had multiple problems until it was sold recently. Now there is new management and maintenance that are awesome. I used to have to wait weeks for a part to fix things like my stove. Recently I had an emergency in which the heating element went out in my stove and it was fixed a couple days later. I continue to be surprised by this new management, ownership and maintenance. They really care about their residents and Yesenia is the best apartment manager we have ever had! This place is awesome, they really care about the residents and I will not be moving for a while!

  Me and my husband just moved in and Yesenia truly made it the most easiest/wonderful experience. Truly this apartment complex is so lucky to have someone who will do everything in their power to get us in and put a MOVE on it. Y'all truly could not have someone better than her to put as the face of this apartment complex when people go into the office. I can not say enough wonderful words about her except that she truly is amazing!
