Tara and Steven and the entire staff at PMI Bluebonnet Realty have been an excellent management company for our Mission Oaks community. They are entirely professional in their communications, attentive to our needs, respond quickly to our concerns and navigate us to reliable vendors and businesses. They are an outstanding company with whom we hope to stay connected for years.

Mu typical experience with HOS's has been typically unpleasant. But I have received such top-notch, friendly and personable service from PMI- Buebonnet HOA. I had to mention them. I sincerely appreciate your kindness and follow thru. A rare quality for an HOA to possess in this industry. " HATS OFF" to your amazing staff!!

Just want to share my experience with PMI Bluebonnet Realty. We were getting ready to close and the title company Did not do their due diligence. I first spoke with Tara and she immediately put me in contact with Frankie and Chris. They were both exceptional. Instead of waiting 10 days like my title company said they turned it over in less than 24 hours. Axela technologies had a great part also in making this happen. This was a sticky situation since both my parents had passed away without a will. Thank you thank you!

Can I leave 0 stars? Communication and professionalism is disappointing. We closed on our home with optimism of a great community filled with new memories. Our first experience came just 5 days after closing when we received a notice of violation..... before even a welcome packet. I expressed discontent only to be personally attacked by Tara calling me rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. She refused to provide contact information to her leadership and once I finally got ahold of the owner, Steven, by guessing his email. He stated that it was my fault for oversight and told me that I received information that I had in fact not received. It only makes since that he does not take the complaints seriously about Tara as they are husband and wife. -Very Disappointed New Homeowner
