  They won't do repairs and the manager is very rude when you ask about an outstanding work order that's been pending for 3 MONTHS!!! ! Horrible customer service! I would never recommend this place

  customer service is literally fickle to nun lol. 9 times out of 10 when u call the leasing office, there is always a automated response, even during alleged office hours…in addition to to that, the time that the leasing agents take to get back to u is actually outlandish. i have been here almost a month and had problems my first week, which i made known to the leasing office, and they have yet to get back to me. i even tried going to the leasing office myself and it was completely vacant. move here at your own risk 🙂.

  After what felt like a never-ending apartment search, I was honestly exhausted. Until I toured Leander Apartments with Dria. She was so welcoming and knew everything. She explained the move-in special in a way that actually made sense and made me feel like I was getting the best deal possible. No pressure, no salesy vibes. Just real, helpful energy. By the end of the tour, I felt at home. That hasn’t happened anywhere else. Her customer service alone makes this place stand out. If you’re apartment hunting, ask for Dria. You won’t regret it.

  The hot water almost never works and they don’t fix it until days later. Pet poop everywhere literally EVERYWHERE you walk! The walls and drawers are just painted and covered up with cheap wallpaper that breaks, and on top of that almost everything breaks because it won’t even open!
