Maybe if you have a newer unit you won’t have these problems, but I have an older unit and am constantly needing maintenance and they never help. I have been waiting two months for them to replace my burners on the stove so they can at least get hot enough to boil water and have heard nothing. I try calling and no one is available, and it’s been months with no updates. There is always something wrong and no one ever comes to fix it. Like I said, if you have a newer unit this may not be a problem but for the older units be prepared for them to be full of problems and no one will come and do the repairs.

Horrible horrible horrible! Roaches!!! I’ve put a request in to fix the a/c and weep hole in the shower!! There is no reason maintence issues should be ignored!! This is a joke, and the people working at this apartment clearly are clueless, and don’t know what they are doing! I’ve reached out many times, and messages aren’t answered, and things aren’t resolved! It’s been almost 3 weeks!! The paint is horribly down, and the apartments are overpriced!! Old apartments, just with updated kitchen counters and spotlights instead of lights that’s all. Save yourself and find someplace better for you!!

"I would strongly advise looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. My experience has been incredibly frustrating due to lack of maintenance/poor communication]. Specifically, I’ve dealt with a leak that took three weeks to fix / constant noise issues / unexpected fees], and every time I bring it to the office, they are dismissive and impossible to reach]. For the price they charge, the 'luxury' amenities are often broken or dirty Save yourself the headache and find a complex that actually values its residents." "I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the management at the Bradford at the park .They recently changed the terms of my lease agreement without my knowledge or consent. A lease is a legally binding contract, yet this office seems to think they can alter dates and terms unilaterally without providing any notice or getting a signature. When I tried to address this 'error,' the staff was [dismissive/unhelpful/avoidant]. This is a massive red flag regarding their business ethics and transparency. If they are willing to secretly change a legal contract, imagine how they will handle maintenance or deposit disputes. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—find a place that actually respects the law and its residents."

I have been a resident at this complex for nearly 7 years. I have had my car towed twice, a flat caused by the complex at my expense, and been locked out of my apartment and laughed at. This is a horrible establishement for customer service, cause they don’t have any. There is one nice lady that works at the front her name is Azaria (spellcheck). She will go above and beyond and is such a sweetheart. I wish I could give her a 5 star rating cause she is amazing!! First my truck was towed about 4 years ago. They started a new parking policy, but didn’t inform me. They left notes on certain doors and I didn’t receive one, therefore my truck was towed at my expense. Second, There were some repairs being done to the buildings. They had contractors out. During the repairs, a flat was caused to a couple of my tires. When I informed the front desk, they informed they would get with the contractors and reimburse me. The staff at the time was let go and new staff came in. The manger, Maria I believe was her name told me to email her, so I did a couple of times and never received a reply. When I went to the office I was told it was my responsibility and they wouldn’t be crediting me anything. Next we had pest control at the complex. I never received a notice, however I did see others had a notice. I assumed since I was new to this particular apartment, I wouldn’t be getting treated. I went and walked my dog as usual. I don’t take anything with me when I do walk my dog. Upon returning, my apartment had been locked. Mind you, it’s 107 degree weather and I have my dog. I go to the office where I was told I was welcome to sit in the office till he is complete, or I can walk around the complex looking for him, cause he still had 11 buildings to complete. The front lady told me this after, she giggled about me waiting till he finished. You’re going to laugh at me when I am locked out of my home? Really?! Lastly, we have an app for the apartment complex called the loft. This is where I assumed everything was managed. In the app, you can list your vehicles. I recently got a new vehicle and updated it in the app. My dad is in the hospital with cancer. I was heading to go see him, when I noticed my car was missing. When I went to the office, I was told it was not registered. I showed her the app and she said that is nothing. You have to register through the myvipparking. She showed me a sheet and I asked if I had received this and she stated yes. I asked her what could be done, since it was an honest mistake and I didn’t recall signing, but I wasn’t saying I had never signed. It’s not like you get a new vehicle everyday. Instead of seeing what could be done. She spent 10 minutes printing the signed document that I had signed almost a year ago. Again, I explained that I never said I didn’t sign, I just wanted to know what could be done, cause I was on my way to the hospital where my dad was in icu. Again, I was responsible for the charges. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up God willing. I have never been late on a payment and lived here for 7 years to get my brand new car towed to a sketchy dealership, not once but twice. This is absolutely ridiculous. What happened to customer service?

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience has been too frustrating to ignore. Right before my move-in date, I was informed at the last minute that my apartment was not ready. This created unnecessary stress, and I had to push persistently just to get a solution. Since then, getting maintenance done has been an ongoing challenge. Requests take far longer than expected, and it often feels like you have to keep following up just to be heard. Currently, I have been without proper AC for over two weeks, with no repair and no temporary solution provided, even as temperatures are rising. This has made the living situation very uncomfortable. At this point, it’s not just about one issue it’s the pattern of delays, lack of urgency, and poor communication. I hope management takes this seriously and makes real improvements for current and future residen
