- AMAlexios Mitchner4 days ago1.0We have a wasp issue outside our place. I placed a request on 5/18. Today is 7/12. My ticket is still open. I called last month to follow up and was told pest control will be out. They never showed. My wife called this month and was told that they would put in a request for her “this time, but next time you need to put it in the portal”. There is an almost 2 month old request in the portal already that has gone unanswered. This is our first home purchase and also our first experience with PMI. I was really hoping it would be an easy process to make a request but it has been slow going. I’m saddened by this experience. I really pray that they look into this matter and that our experience with them improves from here.

Became contentious while not providing any meaningful help. Requested to speak to a manager with no response.
- CUCharlie UpdikeApr 9, 20261.0Rude and unprofessional. Would rather say no you concerns dont matter than "Thank you we'll put it to the HOA", or thank you we'll get that fixed. The "less is more" , we talk to less tennants we have less problems.
