Corporate needs to step in. Office staff is rude, and they need major training, and if you have a serious issue they take weeks to address it. Office Manager and assistant office manager clearly do not know the state laws.

The Standard at EastPoint was amazing from the very beginning I was greeted with open arms. I had the opportunity to provide a service, the staff was very Professional and on top of everything The Maintenance Supervisor and his team was supportive and knowledgeable as well I will say this project ran smoothly thanks to The Standard at EastPoint their PM and the Entire team I want to thank you all for communicating effectively and for all your hard work and efforts to make sure things ran smoothly I look forward to doing future business with you!

Not a good experience.
Lack of parking! I got lucky and was able to get a PAID parking spot a few weeks after moving in. The only parking available for those weeks prior was buildings over or the only other option would have been along the busy street outside the gate.
Roach infestation. A neighboring unit was infested with roaches. I was never notified that the unit I lived in was about to have a major problem. They treated that apartment and the problem became my problem. My unit was now infested as was other units in my building. I was unable to use my kitchen for about a month. Multiple failed spot treatments, that I had voiced was not working. Finally, after a couple of weeks they did a much more invasive treatment that involved me removing all items out of the kitchen completely. That treatment over the next couple of weeks finally worked for my unit.
Noise issues. Major issue. The issue is during the night. Always from about 11pm - 4am. Some days it will start earlier, but the main issue for me is during the night hours. The office is very much aware of the noise. As I am told, they are doing what they can about the situation but as I am writing this I am listening to the neighboring units music and it’s almost 1 am. This has gone on for months now.
Lack of communication. Communication needs to be improved.
Valet trash. It’s just nasty. There are units who pile multiple trash bags outside their door. It’s a 2 bag a day limit, and some exceed that limit.
