- MMMartha MarquezApr 30, 20261.0Do not live here you'll regret it they will increase your rent multiple times a year.. wanna fine you for not pressure washing or mowing yard bc they want it to look nice.. but wont fix the outside of the trailers or porches that look runned down. If you move out bc you can no longer afford it they will hit you with 6000 in damages charge!!! they go in your house every months to take pictures but never mention the supposed damages to you
