  This company is a scam. As a renter these folks are about the worst communicators and will take the majority of your deposit. The whole experience renting with them from start to finish is bad. Contracts sent over constantly had incorrect information. Tried to scam us into a “12 month lease” that would’ve had 13 payments. And upon move out have listed repairs via email with a grand total of exactly 70% of our deposit. When asking for an invoice to back up the listed items in email, an invoice was sent back stating it was from Raphael to Pioneer 1 as if Raphael was charging Pioneer 1. However, when calling the number listed on the invoice (Raphael) to discuss the line items that don’t match the pricing of the listed items in email, Raphael had no idea that said invoice existed. Seems like a scam. Don’t recommend this company. We’ve never had a dime deducted from a deposit across the 7 various places my husband or I have lived and they want to take 70%. Scam.

  We have been using pioneer1realty to manage our property for the past year and I can say they have been great, whenever a repair issue arise, they get it resolve quickly. Chato and his team are very professional and truly look after our investment very well.

  We had such a wonderful experience with Pioneer 1 Realty. They helped us find our rental home, and we’re truly grateful for how smooth and stress-free they made the whole process. From start to finish, their team was kind, patient, and always quick to respond. They really took the time to understand what we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future!   Cindy was amazing to work with! She helped us find a great rental home and made the whole process fast and easy. She is very attentive and when we came across a problem after hours, she was sweet enough to attend to us and solve it quickly! We highly recommend her!
