  Living experience was fair. Had a couple nights where the AC went out which was unexpected because my unit had several inspections from the city done after a new AC system was installed. On another note I left my apartment door unlocked one weekend that I was out of town and luckily nothing was stolen. In my opinion, the management style could benefit from a higher standard of administrative rigor and professional etiquette. For example, official statements sent by email to all tenants should not all be typed in capital letters and should be screened for spelling and grammatical errors. Another example: calls placed on hold for longer than 30 minutes to the office might benefit best as callbacks instead. Lastly, move out balances should be promptly communicated via forwarding addresses and phone numbers provided as a professional courtesy. Overall a positive interim living space.

  love the experience that the office lady gave us. me and my spouse are looking for a 1 room appt. love that area apparments look small and friendly just trying to get something closer to my job thank you for your help!!

  Cheap and that's what you get... Management is horrible... Doesn't like to fix things as promised but your rent better be on time. I had a water leak in one bathroom and couldn't use it at all. I was told to "use the other one... that's why you have two". I informed her that I paid for two that's why I had two. I had to file a complaint before it ever got fixed. Would not recommend!
