  Lived here for 3 years and moved out in Feb 2026 but my worst experience was my last year living there. During summer of 26 I had multiple problems with leaks in the bathroom and had a hole above the shower that didn’t get patched up until over a month after maintenance cut it out. Many of my maintenance requests regarding the leaks went unanswered, but other requests would get fixed quickly. Bugs were also a constant problem primarily in the kitchen and bathroom throughout the whole time I lived there, no mater how clean I kept the place. Bugs would even crawl into my dishwasher. The gates never worked and the pools were always closed. I had to call the nonemergency line to file noise complaints about loud music blasting at 2 am multiple times. My auto pay also had problems my last year and never got fixed even after multiple contacts with the office. My auto pay overpaid by about $800 my last month there (I was moving out after the first week of the month and it paid for the whole month) and I still have yet to receive my refund after contacting the office multiple times since February and being promised a check in the mail. It has been 6 months since I moved out. The only good thing about this place is the location and easy access to 35 and 183.
