  They make it sound good right up until you sign the contract. Don't forget to ask them about the trash fees that they add on.Better yet drive through the complex and look at the million bags of trash that overflows outside of the dumpster. Or look in the hallways with everyone's trash outside their door. Ask about the pool maintenance fees that they charge you for an empty ass Concrete slab. Usually there is about 10 people living in one unit, so now they're trying to sell parking spots for $55 dollars a month, otherwise you are basically screwed on being able to park at your own place. Rent might be $850 but with ALL the hidden fees you are gonna pay about $1200. This place is full of trash, inside of the office and occupying the units. They will try to move you in a unit literally falling apart & pray you say nothing. Kids run around the apartments, drunk men sitting outside all day with their predatorial behavior. Crackheads and homeless going in and out of those apartments stay clear people... unless you are the trash!
