  Samone welcomed me to my new home today. She was prepared and led me through the process smoothly. She answered all my questions. Her knowledge and professionalism rate 5 stars. Thanks so much for making what is usually a stressful time painless.

  The worst experience living in these apartments. There water goes out every couple of months once for a whole week and they expect you to want to share a make ready apartment with everyone for showers. Not very hygienic or convenient. The pest control is not regulated you’d assume they’d come every month. Had a flee infestation when I DO NOT own pets. Took them 2 weeks for someone to come take care of the problem. I have a a small child which was bite as well and I’m allergic. Once I moved out they charged me for pet urine in the flooring when I had own no pets. There was dooo much water damage painted over when I moved in and they blamed it on me…Not to mention the rodents living in these apartments wall waking me up every 4 hours. Not sure if it was mice or raccoons but kept me up all night for weeks even discussing it with the neighbors. Sounded like they were having a party. They charged me rental insurance for 8 months when I was already paying for insurance and refused to reimburse me. The first day I went in the office manager told me she had ADD and was distracted by noises as my 4 year old watched his tablet to keep occupied. Was obvious she was annoyed but was passive aggressive. Very unprofessional. Always late to open the office when some people work 9-30-6 and need to stop in right at 9. The pool code worked once, had to jump the fence. The list goes on and on.DONOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!

  Have lived here for a few years now. Not perfect, but everyone at the front and maintenance is kind and quick to respond to any requests or issues going on. Easy initial move in, and unit transfer. Hot water does have issues as others have said, but communication on the matters is great. Relatively quiet area, convenient, good price.
