  These apartments only possess battery-powered keypads, no physical key backups, so if you’re coming back from the grocery store with perishables you could TOTALLY face a situation where you’re locked out of your apartment with a trunk of groceries, unable to get anyone to answer the emergency maintenance line and the front office being empty. This happened just now and I’m typing this review while racing the clock to see how long this raw chicken will last in my car before this issue gets fixed. If instant and consistent access to your home is a priority, keep this in mind. No one was rude to us and the issue I’m sure will eventually be fixed, but pretty rough to deal with.

  Having a great experience so far, Samone is absolutely wonderful with her hospitality. Maintenance team is friendly and gets the job done. Very happy to be part of this community!
