Have lived here for a few years now. Not perfect, but everyone at the front and maintenance is kind and quick to respond to any requests or issues going on. Easy initial move in, and unit transfer. Hot water does have issues as others have said, but communication on the matters is great. Relatively quiet area, convenient, good price.

Would give 5 stars but every Wednesday I have to get a car wash because the landscapers just blow dirt all over our cars, literally every Wednesday. Why are we mowing the dirt? Can’t believe I even am saying that.
Edit: Quick response and addressed the issue, 5 stars to the staff here. I love the community and my home. Y’all are awesome!!

Simone did the walk through with me just today. I'm so excited to move in. She was there every step no matter how odd my schedule made it. Signed for my apartment site unseen, but she, and Village Oaks, made it easy for me to see similar apartments and answered all the questions I could pick her brain with. Lots of nice shade too for walking.

Me and my lady are very happy and pleased with our decision about moving in here. On the day of our tour Lauren was very professional, polite, and friendly. She did an amazing job of getting us into the apartment. And Samone was very nice and professional as well. We are beyond ecstatic.

I would rate this place ZERO stars if I could. They suppress all the bad reviews on other platforms, refused to communicate with me as a resident, and evicted me over false circumstances. They never had their documents in line, were terrible at maintenance dispatching (the maintenance staff is amazing tho!), and better yet- one of the leasing office ladies was practically gang stalking me while I lived there (hi Lauren!). Seperately, I was a “roommate“ on the lease and thus didn’t get ANY of the emails that were important. When I approached them with suggestions of how to make the property look better they implied I didn’t live there. I lived in building 7 and loved that community so much that I scrapped ice off the road to make it easier for people to drive (I have pictures to prove it lol) and even picked up dog poop I found on the upper levels of building 7. They doubted we had renters insurance even though I sent it over (they were also added as an interested party on our policy) and STILL they kept pushing us to use THEIR renters insurance instead that cost double per month. If you want to be unheard, be wrongfully cased by management, and overall treated subhuman- totally lease with them! I’m still waiting on them to reach out to me personally but they have yet to do so. They protect their own kind and probably won’t do much about any of this. DO BETTER! for 1325-1500 this place isn’t half of what it says it is. p.s: I slept in my own car a few nights and that was seen as “weird” even though they had documentation it was my car and that I lived there. This apartment is literally on “Jollyville Rd” yet they don’t act jolly at all. You guys evicted me from a home I shared with my soulmate- Two thumbs WAY down!
