- PPpeachMay 11, 20261.0This apartment is dangerous. I had rats that got into the ventilation and found droppings in my kitchen. There was real gang activity in my building. A guy that was being chased by police ended up crashing into a tree outside my apartment. The laundry facility had sour water most times. The pool was filled with mildew and homeless people would come wash off in it during the summer. My car was vandalized. Im soo happy to be out of this place now. Greatful that I didn't get sick from the rats, but I did have to throw away all my things in storage. There were roaches and bedbugs too.
