I reported having fleas in my unit for multiple months and requested a transfer to another unit. The complex will only transfer me for a higher rent rate despite having had fleas for more than 6 months and getting monthly treatments. I requested to move to a similar unit but they won’t honor my current rent rate and just want more money. I wouldn’t have to move if the fleas weren’t coming out of the AC vents, from inside the walls and all over the outside patio. They haven’t been able to control the fleas for almost as long as I’ve been here.

i do not live here, however i went for a tour and online their postings say they have washer/dryer in their specific unit features, however that is a lie. they only have them for the larger units. so if you are coming from an apartment locator app such as zillow or apartments.com, know that the description is a lie and treehouse should probably try to fix their false advertising. also the staff was kind of weird idk, i just overall didn't get good vibes from my one time there. not necessarily trying to talk down on the place but want people to know that their advertisements could be false and i would call ahead of time to make sure you actually know what youre getting, as to not waste your time.

Looks cute… The apartment itself was decent on the inside, but unfortunately the experience living here was a completely different story. The outdoor areas seem to have a standing agreement with every mosquito, flea, spider, and insect in the neighborhood. 😂 There are tons of trees, but apparently pest control and those trees don’t know each other because the second you step outside, you and your pets are basically volunteering to be dinner. (They barely treat inside there apartments they aren’t gonna treat outdoors) Then there are the raccoons 🦝. They seem to have mastered the art of getting to the trash before valet trash does, so don’t be surprised if you come home to what looks like a raccoon-hosted trash party. The management experience was also frustrating. Jessica seemed to make up additional rules whenever she felt like it, even when they weren’t actually in the lease. And whenever staff helped with something, there was often pressure to leave a 5-star review, which definitely made me question how genuine some of those glowing reviews are. And those beautiful trees? They’re pretty until the wind or rain comes through. Then branches come crashing down, creating a serious safety concern for people and cars in the parking lot. 🌳💨 I only signed for 6 months, and honestly, that was more than enough for me!
