Unfortunately, my experience at Treehouse Apartments has been extremely frustrating. For what residents pay in rent and additional fees, I expect basic services, accountability, and professional treatment. I’ve held off from making a review but today I decided…it’s time. We pay $120 a year for trash pickup, yet the service is extremely inconsistent. There are times when trash is not picked up as expected, which makes it difficult to understand what we are actually paying for?? My experience with the front office regarding a parcel was especially disappointing. My package had been mistakenly picked up by another unit, but that resident returned it to the Katherine at the front desk immediately. When I went to the office that same day to ask Katherine about my package, she refused to assist me and was unwilling to help verify what had happened. The following day, I returned to the office, and Katherine’s attitude was noticeably different. She was suddenly helpful and willing to assist with locating the package. The regional manager happened to be in the office that day.The package was not in the parcel locker when it was checked, and the locker company confirmed that the package had been picked up the previous day—the exact day I had gone to the office asking for assistance. The unit that had originally picked up my package was contacted. They confirmed that they had returned the package to Katherine the day before. That raises a very concerning question: why was there no willingness to help me the previous day when the package had already been returned to the front desk to Katherine? The only obvious difference between the two interactions was that the regional manager was present the following day. Had she was not present there’s a good chance my package would have been left in the office for whom ever to keep. At that point, my concern wasn’t simply about a package being misplaced—it was about the lack of transparency, communication, and willingness to assist when I initially asked for help. Withholding or interfering with mail can be a federal postal violation, so there should never be a question about a resident’s right to receive their mail or packages. Residents should not have to wait for regional management to be present before receiving assistance with something as basic as locating their own property. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service and accountability at this property. I hope management addresses these issues, particularly the inconsistent trash service and the way residents’ concerns and packages are handled.

Predatory Management. They seem to take maintenance requests personally and will make you pay for it. Before you know it, your AC is clogged and your trash is no longer being picked up by valet.

This place is a joke! Cockroaches and bugs. AC is leaking and they don’t do anything about it. I have to live with a tote in the middle of the floor. Water comes from the vent, underneath the base board behind the walls and floor, god knows what’s behind the walls. You schedule with maintenance to come and they don’t show up. Their excuse is that they are “short handed”. Well if they treat the employees like they do their residents, no wonder why they are always “short handed”. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Bad parking lot driveway, too much potholes, uneven, bumpy, hard to drive in driveway with a million turns and building numbers are confusing and hard to see. Bad experience. Nobody does that.
