  First off this really set me off. Guest can only register their vehicles 7 times before they charge a fee. Management is unable or unwilling to help. Wasnt going to share this but, when I helped my MIL move in. The apartment was dirty, the dishwasher broke, and the window leaks. Pretty certain there is mold because there is an obvious water leak from the neighbor upstairs. They are slow to respond to fix things. 7 months and they just ordered the dishwasher.

  My apartment has not leaked once but twice. At 3:30am I woke up to water pouring out of my ceiling fan. I later noticed water in my closet and on the outside. According to the office a pope burst on the thirds floor and it was The tenant on the third floor’s fault when I asked for an accommodation or some kind of credit because they are running fans for 4 1/2 days in my apartment and using up all that electricity I was denied by the general manager, Tanya. When I went to talk to somebody else, the lady named Carla was extremely rude and told me that she would not go over her supervisor, which was not what I was asking Considering I was referred by another person there. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they did not want to give out the email address and told me that nothing will happen if I contact them. I was finally gave the email address and will be contacting them. Is the apartment complex and the managers would’ve been kind and not rude and just said hey we will give you a 10 $15 credit on your next rent then I would’ve been perfectly happy but according to them, it is not their fault at all and it is the upstairs person’s fault which makes it my fault. Extremely disappointed in this complex and cannot wait to move out

  Asco de apartamentos aquí no ay personas viviendo ay es cucarachas es una plaga orrible aparte son buenos para cobrar renta pero no fumigan ni hacen nada asta para arreglar las cosas se tardan un montón en mandar a alguien el único de mantenimiento hace bien su trabajo es un muchacho cubano y es amable lo contrario fatal 🤮

  I recently toured The Wayman and had a great experience. Joel was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions patiently and made the entire tour easy and enjoyable. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help without making me feel pressured.
