  Shout out to the maintenance guy that I see every morning keeping the grounds clean so that the property can look nice and clean for us tenants thank you very much for you’re hard work

  One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a leasing office. I submitted all of my required documents two weeks ago. The leasing team told me that I could pay the application fee in person later, and assured me that my application would be processed in the meantime. After waiting for two weeks without any updates, I followed up and was told that they had already “processed” my application—but because the application fee had not yet been paid, they would not tell me the status or outcome. This makes absolutely no sense. If the fee was required before any information could be shared, that should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. Instead, I was left waiting for two weeks with no updates, only to be told that they knew the status all along but wouldn’t disclose it because of an outstanding fee. The communication was inconsistent, confusing, and incredibly frustrating. This experience wasted my time and delayed my apartment search. I hope they improve their transparency and communication with future applicants.

  Happy to be moving in, but I won’t lie it was a bit of a nightmare to sign. I was very ready to sign with another place but I placed the money order to live closer to my partner. When I tried calling to ask about the process of signing, I would constantly call to the answer of an AI Bot who led me to a voicemail. Honestly I dont even think this is the leasing staffs’ fault, they have to deal with so much during this time. I think this is a top level managerial fault. I think everyone in the office was trying their best given their circumstances and load of work so I empathize with them. I know it’s stressful during a season like this but it’s stressful not knowing what’s going on at the place you’re supposed to live at. I didn’t know I was moving in until my “move in date” and I blame not the leasing staff but the upper level for this, I saw how they were working and they were all working very hard.

  Recently renewed my lease here and Jade made it so easy and always reached out to keep me in touch with the process. The Rail has a great maintenance team who will get any issues within my unit fixed within less than 2 days. The indoor daylight quality is amazing and the pool always looks so clean.
