  I had a great experience with The Rail from the application process all the way to move-in day. The entire process was smooth, and I always felt like I had someone available to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. I especially want to thank Elsis, who helped me throughout the entire process. She was always kind, patient, professional, and willing to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Moving into a new apartment can sometimes be stressful, but she made the whole experience much easier and made me feel very welcome. Today I’m finally receiving the keys to my new home, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. Thank you Elsis and The Rail team for all your help!🙏 ——————————————— Tuve una excelente experiencia con The Rail desde el proceso de solicitud hasta el día de mi mudanza. Todo el proceso fue muy fluido y siempre sentí que había alguien disponible para responder mis preguntas y ayudarme con lo que necesitara. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Elsis, quien me ayudó durante todo el proceso. Siempre fue muy amable, paciente y profesional, y estuvo dispuesta a explicarme todo y responder cada una de mis preguntas. Mudarse a un nuevo departamento puede ser estresante, pero ella hizo que todo fuera mucho más sencillo y me hizo sentir muy bienvenido. Hoy finalmente recibo las llaves de mi nuevo hogar y estoy muy contento con mi experiencia hasta ahora. ¡Muchas gracias a Elsis y a todo el equipo de The Rail por su ayuda!🙏

  Shout out to the maintenance guy that I see every morning keeping the grounds clean so that the property can look nice and clean for us tenants thank you very much for you’re hard work

  One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a leasing office. I submitted all of my required documents two weeks ago. The leasing team told me that I could pay the application fee in person later, and assured me that my application would be processed in the meantime. After waiting for two weeks without any updates, I followed up and was told that they had already “processed” my application—but because the application fee had not yet been paid, they would not tell me the status or outcome. This makes absolutely no sense. If the fee was required before any information could be shared, that should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. Instead, I was left waiting for two weeks with no updates, only to be told that they knew the status all along but wouldn’t disclose it because of an outstanding fee. The communication was inconsistent, confusing, and incredibly frustrating. This experience wasted my time and delayed my apartment search. I hope they improve their transparency and communication with future applicants.

  Happy to be moving in, but I won’t lie it was a bit of a nightmare to sign. I was very ready to sign with another place but I placed the money order to live closer to my partner. When I tried calling to ask about the process of signing, I would constantly call to the answer of an AI Bot who led me to a voicemail. Honestly I dont even think this is the leasing staffs’ fault, they have to deal with so much during this time. I think this is a top level managerial fault. I think everyone in the office was trying their best given their circumstances and load of work so I empathize with them. I know it’s stressful during a season like this but it’s stressful not knowing what’s going on at the place you’re supposed to live at. I didn’t know I was moving in until my “move in date” and I blame not the leasing staff but the upper level for this, I saw how they were working and they were all working very hard.
