- VRvicki robinsonJul 27, 20261.0I wouldn't recommend this apartment place to anyone not even a homeless man. The management of this place lets 2 dogs almost starve to death, and does nothing. One poor dog is out on the balcony all day, and nothing gets done. I will be reporting to the BBB and KXAN news. Lets see how long it takes for your place to do something about this because if the dogs die the blood will be on your hands

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from the nightmare my roommates and I went through at these apartments. We had to deal with countless issues, including cockroaches and wasps; reporting them to management was useless, as they never did anything. Also, we were billed for water based on the building's total meter—calculated per person on the lease—rather than our individual apartment's actual consumption. The final straw was the mismanagement: after our 12-month lease ended—and we had left the place as clean as possible—they charged us $1,800 for "damage" to the apartment, which simply wasn't the case. That is what the monthly rent payments were supposed to cover.
