  I attempted to rent an apartment at the Olivine. At first it seems like a nice place to live and the staff in the front that I interacted with was very nice. However, i never moved in. I applied a for and paid for the deposit and the prorated rent. I got the key and went to start moving in. But the apartment was not ready at move in time.its seemed to neverhave been inspected by any one from the management team. The apartment #1517 was infested roaches, the screens for the doors were not installed and there was trash on the patio. The smoked detectors were not installed. The toilet seats were not attached and The appliances were duct taped together. I was told that I could extend my move I'm date and they could get things fixed. I was told that everything was fixed but the could not get rid of the roaches. So I wa giving the option to move in anyeay while they continue to try and get rid of the roaches or move in another unit but that other unit was up graded and I would have to pay more or they would refund my money and void the lease. Well I took the option to get a refund however now a month later still no refund and no real resolution for this nightmare. And after all of the I have not once seen or heard from the property manager. Don't move here it's not at all as nice as it seems. Update. Just got a call from the property and because they do not like this review they have decided to no approve my refund unless I take this down.

  Lanee is an amazing help and gets to maintenance fast and efficiently! Super kind and personable. Lisa was a great help with my move in and all questions. Now, the office helps out with all other needs and the grounds are well maintained and working on even more improvements. I wish they would take the poop out a little more often and have more inside parking, or allowing guests to park more than one vehicle if needed.

  I was robbed March 10, 2025 totaling more than 5k in loses within 45 days of moving in, repeatedly requested exterior lights to be replaced and they never were. In the year I was stuck here, my bathroom ceiling nearly collapsed and sat open with a hole 3ft by 2ft for more than a month, in July of 25 the bedroom flooded, water services were shut off to my building on 2 separate occasions for more than 24 hours at a time in Jan/Feb 2026, a homeless encampment moved in just 40 feet from my front door and was there until I left. Truly the worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life.

  The office staff at this complex is amazing. Nikki patiently helped me step by step to accomplish all the required paper/computer work needed to get me into a lease. Lisa made move in day quick. And made me feel at home. Love my new apartment. Support after the move has been consistent and friendly. Everything about the staff is Top Notch.

  I toured this apartment on Saturday (4/25), the office staff that gave me the tour was absolutely amazing. She apologized because she knew I was going to tour the 2 bed room. She just had someone move in the day before. I did tour the 1 bed room and she was so detailed about the differences in the renovated and the non renovated ones. She explained the differences in the 2 bed room and the 1 bed room, how the kitchen is turned and where the other bed room will be. She made an appointment for me to tour again on Wednesday after work with the manager so I can tour the 2 bed room coming available on Tuesday. She talked about all the amenities as well. Told me the 2 bed rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors only. Again she was super sweet and kept apologizing for having no 2 bed rooms to tour. Even told me the one I’ll be touring on Wednesday is near the one of the three pools! She even told me about the tennis courts and the sand volleyball court!
