- BVBenjamin ViescasAug 1, 20261.0Leasing office double booked for tours. When I entered for my tour and showed proof, the person at the front brushed me off and provided no assistance.
- CAChespi ArceJul 24, 20265.0Been living here at the Monroe for almost 6 months. Sean has been super great and helpful towards my fiancé and I. Love it here, the pool is great, and tube gym is great. Maintenance team is awesome, they respond so quickly. If you’re looking for a spot, this is definitely somewhere to look at. Thank you!
- ARAriane RodriquezJul 23, 20265.0I’ve lived here for 2 months now and I love it so far, the leasing agents are really nice and the pool and gym are always clean. Can’t really complain for the price, my unit is really big and modern and the neighbors are friendly. I will say most of the residents seem a little gay but so am I haha.
