I had a great experience with the team at Mercury Apartments. When I had an issue with my AC, they responded incredibly quickly and had everything taken care of right away. The staff was professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about resolving the problem as efficiently as possible. It's reassuring to know that maintenance requests are handled promptly and with such great customer service. I really appreciate their responsiveness and would definitely recommend Mercury Apartments to anyone looking for a place where the management truly cares about their residents.

We toured their complex last week. It's a beautiful place with amazing front desk staff. I think Megan? helped us, and she was wonderful. We didn't have an appointment and showed up almost at closing time. The unit we were interested in was already leased earlier that day, but Megan still showed us around the building and some other units we might like. She was so kind, calm, and helpful. We might or might not end up moving in here (since the available units are not an exact fit), but we had a great experience anyway. And Megan (she's the only staff there on weekends, in case I have the name wrong) made it a wonderful experience.

I have lived at The Mercury for about five months. At first glance, this complex looks amazing. Unfortunately, over time my opinion has changed, and I will not be renewing my lease when it ends. During my first week after moving in, my shower leaked throughout my bathroom and into the hallway of my apartment. It required two separate repairs where the shower pan, tile, and grout had to be torn out and replaced. The entire process took about a month, and I was asked to use a shower in a vacant unit while repairs were completed. While this was ultimately a construction issue rather than a management issue, it was still a frustrating way to begin my experience. Security has been the biggest disappointment. Package theft is a recurring problem, and I've had multiple packages stolen. The apartment has also had couches, wall art, and other décor stolen from common areas, which is frustrating considering residents are paying for these amenities. Most recently, individuals have been stealing packages from the return valet service. While I'm sure management is working to address these issues, the pattern of theft is concerning. During my second month here, my vehicle was broken into and several valuable personal items were stolen. In my opinion, this happened because the parking garage is not consistently secured. The garage should only be accessible through functioning gates that require a resident fob or app. Instead, the gates are frequently left open because they are regularly damaged by vehicles and remain broken while awaiting repairs. This creates easy access for non-residents, unauthorized parking, and theft. Management has since hired a private security company, but from what I've personally observed, the guards often appear to be sleeping, scrolling on their phones, or otherwise not actively monitoring the property. Parking is another major issue. Residents frequently allow guests to park in the garage, leaving paying tenants with few available spaces—especially those of us who work late shifts and arrive home at night. Rather than enforcing guest parking, the complex has added what feels like an excessive number of reserved parking spaces, with more than 10 on each level. It's frustrating to pay over $2,300 per month for a one-bedroom apartment and still feel like I should have to pay extra just to reliably park. If you drive a larger vehicle, be aware that many of the spaces are designated for compact cars and can be difficult to use. I often end up parking on the uncovered top level of the garage, which means getting into a vehicle that's been sitting in the Texas heat when temperatures reach 105°F. Despite these issues, I do want to recognize the staff. Everyone I've interacted with, including the maintenance team, has been friendly and courteous. The amenities are decent, although it's disappointing that the rooftop deck with the city view closes so early. I'm also surprised that the leasing office closes for every holiday, operating more like a bank than a luxury apartment community. Overall, The Mercury has a lot of potential and makes a great first impression, but ongoing security concerns, persistent parking issues, and repeated theft have outweighed the positives for me. I can't justify renewing my lease and would encourage prospective residents to carefully consider these issues before signing.

I recently toured The Mercury and had a great experience. Megan and Makenzie were both incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made the entire visit enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and that creates a fun, positive atmosphere throughout the community. The property itself is beautiful. I absolutely loved the blue cabinets. They add so much personality and make the apartments feel unique and stylish. The finishes throughout the homes are thoughtfully selected and give the spaces a modern, upscale feel. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath floor plan is especially impressive and would be perfect for roommates. The layout offers great separation between bedrooms, large closets, and plenty of functional living space. The location is another huge plus, and the pool area is amazing. It feels like a true resort-style amenity and a great place to relax or spend time with friends. Overall, The Mercury offers beautiful apartments, excellent amenities, and a fantastic team. Megan and Makenzie made a lasting impression, and I would definitely recommend checking out this community.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this property. As a working professional in my 30s, I chose this "brand new" community looking for a relaxing, high-quality place to live. Instead, it has been a continuous series of operational failures, safety issues, and poor communication. Move-In & Maintenance Issues: On my very first tour, the leasing agent was 40 minutes late and lacked the correct keys to show the building. Upon moving into a brand new unit, my washer and dryer did not work for a week, forcing me to use a neighbor's unit. The exterior-facing door locks were broken at move-in, the kitchen fans were broken for two months, and the AC failed for two days during my third month (though maintenance was prompt in fixing the AC). Pest Control Failures: I have dealt with an ongoing bug problem for months. Despite pest control visiting three times, management cannot find the source or resolve the issue. It has made me incredibly paranoid about using my own kitchen cabinets and counters. Safety & Community Violations: The property guidelines are completely unenforced. Off-leash dogs run rampant in the hallways and common areas, attacking or jumping on other pets. Animal waste is regularly left in the hallways and around the property. My dog became severely ill from the unsanitary conditions and required an emergency ER visit. Furthermore, neighbors frequently host disruptive weeknight parties, ignoring quiet hours. Common Spaces & Staff Response: The pool and co-working spaces blast loud music at odd hours, making it impossible to find a quiet space to work when the apartment itself is noisy. To make matters worse, the leasing team and community manager routinely take 7 to 14 business days to respond to simple emails. Doors Locking from Inside I have been locked out of my bathroom and my bedroom on two separate occasions where emergency maintenance needs to come to unlock. This is incredible dangerous for me, as I have important medications, and I have been locked out. I expected a professional, clean, and peaceful environment for the price point. I am sharing this review because I do not want another working professional to experience what I have gone through.
