  I went to Lowell at Mueller, the units were gorgeous and staff was so friendly! Jannet was so amazing, helpful and made the experience easy!

  I toured yesterday and was very happy with the customer service from Lex and Jannet at the end of the day. The unit I saw was nice, staff seemed attentive and they are going though some updates. Good price and location!

  I don’t usually make reviews but this place is genuinely wild. I lived here from 2016-2021 and I didn’t do a review because I wanted to cut all ties from this apartment. But I feel like no one should be deceived into thinking this place is well maintained. I’ve lived in plenty of modest apartments, but this place takes the cake in being ridiculous. At first I loved my apartment and the community. It was a great price and there were no problems. Even being in a non-upgraded unit since I moved in before they upgraded all the units. However, after visiting a friend here, I’m reminded why I left and the conditions are horrible. The reviews saying the apartment is clean and well kept are clearly bots. Since the pandemic, this place has gone severely downhill. The pool has turned LIME GREEN and I have photos from when I lived here before the change in management where the pool used to be well maintained which I’ll include one of to show the difference (it’s a pretty close up one I’m posting, others I have show people in swimsuits which I won’t be posting online). My roommate and I experienced weekly knocking on our door from strangers, two instances they had guns slung on their backs, who were looking for what they heard was essentially a flop house. I only found this out after getting so frustrated, I opened the door to ask what was happening to someone who looked the least threatening. He stated he heard on the street he heard he could stay there. We were offered to move units, but that wasn’t going to fix the issue if someone else moved into the unit. One time a person just straight up turned the doorknob and tried to enter the apartment, and then again this happened a week later. No concern from the office. I’m not sure if this is the same management as then (this was 2020-2021, yes this was a full year of this happening weekly until the lease ended). But this clearly unsanitary condition of the pool tells me that things haven’t improved. The fact that the first photo on Google is the same pool looking beautiful is insane. It looks like shrek lives there now. I would avoid at all costs.

  I just took a tour of The Lowell at Mueller and had a really great experience. The property has a cool vibe and looks super well-kept but what really made the visit stand out was Elexis.She was so incredibly nice and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She answered every single one of my questions and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. It's rare to get a tour that feels this easygoing and informative without a bunch of sales pressure. If you go check the place out, definitely try to ask for Elexis, she’s awesome!
