  Newest update 7/22-7/23 When maintenance comes by they leave a huge mess in your apartment expecting you to clean it up. Plaster, mud fiberglass, they don’t care. When you move out, and it’s not clean they charge you. Edit: 7/22 mgmt called the plumbing company who came, and instead of taking responsibility they said “maybe the unit was dirty already” when I cleaned the floors a day ago. 7/21/26: Day 8 of no working air conditioner. There is no spare window AC units at this complex, so if the ac goes out you’re SOL. It took a whole week for them to call AC specialist who didn’t even open my AC panel to see it wasn’t cooling. They just assumed my cool(ish) apartment was from a working AC and not the two portable AC units I had to get myself so my pets were not cooking in a 87* degree apartment in the middle of July. Hopefully they come back tomorrow. Daily updates until it’s fixed. New update 7/23!!! Still no AC! The techs have come and they still cannot figure out an issue. They are loss for words but I live in this reality of an extremely hot and unlivable apartment. Texas housing code states that “diligent effort” must be made and that’s 48-72 hours. We are past a week yall. Diligent effort is beyond reasonable doubt not being held. I will continue to update up until it gets fixed so future possible residents can get an idea of what they’re in for if they move here. It has been nice up until a year and a half ago. Now I get 0 sleep from the hot temperature and the noise of constant fans. It's unsafe and inhabitable currently.

  En vez de preocuparse por la basura deberían preocuparse por el mantenimiento de los apartamentos en cualquier momento se cae el techo de la instalación en mi caso particular el techo de la dale le están saliendo humedad y mucho moho es un asco estar así y los mapaches que ya son una plaga .

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I would give zero stars if that were possible. The maintenance is extremely poor, and water supply interruptions happen regularly, causing major inconvenience to residents. Despite repeated issues, there seems to be no effort to provide reliable service or address complaints effectively. Very disappointed with the overall management and lack of basic amenities. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

  Had an emergency and Russ took care of me right away and gave me a lot of information as well. I’m glad that he’s here to take care of us.
