  When I moved here over 1 year ago it was great, quiet, and luxurious vibes top tier. Management was great also maintenance was great. Very tentative to my needs. But now my experience has changed soon as I renewed my lease and they changed to low income apartments. My experience changed dramatically now I have to do 3 work orders for something to get done completely. The new management isn't professional I've called with several complaints and I get the run around AND/or attitude that im calling about updates that should have been done already. They keep an excuse on hand. I hate that the trash compactor isn't properly taken care of as it should be. I literally have to drive through trash juice. They dont make strides to keep the poop clear from dogs when they see there's poop every where. Even the dog park is full of poop . There are ant piles everywhere and we are a pet friendly community. I just feel bamboozled now ill be here another 15 months . Im just not satisfied with the management 😕 😒

  Crystal was great to work with helping me to find exactly what I was for. I'm happy with my lease and looking forward to move in. The whole complex is really nice and new. Price and promo are great!

  During my stay everything was great. Maintenance handled work orders efficiently and the office staff was always so kind. I’ve since moved out after buying a house, but would still recommend this place to friends and family.

  Actually couldn’t wait for my lease to end! Nothing really made the complex worthwhile once you noticed that management and maintenance don’t take care of the property. I could tell the gym was never cleaned and it was constantly out of wet wipes to clean the machines after use. Poop was commonly found in the pool for weeks at a time. The staircases smelled like garage because the concrete was never power washed. And you’re required to pay for inconsistent valet trash service. Not to mention management lost my paperwork and only told me when I put in my move out notice.
