  I’ve lived here for a several months now. My car got broken into last week by shattering my back window. I keep my car empty, so fortunately nothing was taken. When speaking to the front office, I was told that this has been a commonality in this complex. When asked about cameras, they said they had no form of security but were “thinking” about it. Mind you, this happened right before rent time and my car payment since it’s a newer car. So not only did I have to worry about those expenses but also something that could’ve been avoided with the right precautions from the place I pay rent for. no form of compassion was shown either, other than, “we are sorry”. How many cars will get broken into before they decide security is a must? Will my car get broken into again? Or Maybe your car is next and they won’t give a single care. Will I have to prepare for another grand expense ?

  I was looking for a new apartment and Kat took me on a tour of the community. Kat was professional and displayed exceptional customer service while we toured the community. I appreciated that Kat took her time to tour me and answer all of my questions. Definitely considering this community as my future home!

  Excelente propiedad. Desde el primer momento me sentí muy cómodo. El lugar está muy bien cuidado, limpio, tranquilo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La ubicación también es muy conveniente y el ambiente es agradable y seguro. La atención y el trato fueron excelentes, siempre con mucha amabilidad y disposición para ayudar. Sin duda, es una propiedad que recomiendo completamente. Me quedé muy satisfecho con la experiencia y no dudaría en volver.
