  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! they show you this nice pre made apartment. but the one you move into is not even close to what they are offering. the whole complex is next to the sewer drainage cage. so when you get out of your car all you smell is guarbage or worse. pest control never comes by so outside your apartment is nothing but spiders and bugs. we found out that mice are in the wall's. we even recorded the mice getting onto our fridge at night. We told the office and they did nothing. so we picked up and moved out. the office tried to charge us an extra 2k for moving out even though the apartment was not livable. the Garage we paid for just floods when it rains. and you have to have a garage because there is not parking anywhere and the parking spots are too small for normal cars and trucks. worst place we have ever moved too.

  Not a resident but Noah was very helpful with my tour and had an answer for every question i brought up. still considering but very satisfied with Noah's help!

  The location is great, but don’t live here and ever expect help from the current office staff/management. I’ve been having issues with my upstairs neighbors for MONTHS, not respecting the “quiet hours” as part of the lease agreements, leaving diapers and trash on their doorstep to stink up the entire alleyway, etc., and the one lady who had been trying to help me recently left the company. I’ve lost hours and hours of sleep getting woken up between the hours of 12am - 2am every night, and she was the only one who ever showed she cared, trying to get me a unit transfer and continuing to give notices to my neighbors. Ever since she left, I’ve heard nothing from management about the ongoing issue. They don’t care about their current residents, only want your money!!

  I applied in these apartments and they didn’t help me at all they just took the money I paid I had to look elsewhere I would never return there
