  I applied in these apartments and they didn’t help me at all they just took the money I paid I had to look elsewhere I would never return there

  If you want to throw your money in the trash, move to Amethyst on Metric Blvd. They overcharge you every month. There are constant water leaks outside the buildings, and the sprinklers run even on the rocks. Homeless people come by almost every day, the trash is often overflowing, and there are lots of bugs and rats during the summer.one night I got a rat on my engine, ate my battery cable .Often Robbery on the vehicles. No security at all. Just 2 or 3 cameras for the whole complex . I got 2 floods in the first year . There are no parking spaces available for visitors, the exterior gate doesn’t work properly, and there’s no pedestrian gate on the left side. Many residents lack basic manners, and management doesn’t seem to care about the residents. The staff is great, but the administration is terrible.. Can't wait to move out of unsafe place. If you want a peace of mind, here is not your place.

  Lived here for 3 years and had a great experience. The apartments are slightly older which come with their own issues but the management is great! Maintenance request were handled in a timely manner. Most apartments aren’t in a neighborhood but this one is and as a single woman I always felt safe. Shoutout to Randi and Joel in management!! Both always super nice and professional!! Please give them a raise lol.

  One thing I absolutely cannot tolerate is the incessant barking of dogs all day long, whether it’s at 5 or 6 am or at midnight. It’s completely unreasonable for people to have multiple dogs and let them bark without control, especially when they place them on the balcony for everyone else to endure. All weekend, it’s nothing but barking. It's exhausting to hear dogs barking nonstop, whether it's early in the morning or late at night. It's frustrating when people ignore the noise their pets create, especially when the apartment is so close to the office. I’m tired of this constant disturbance, and I know others feel the same way.

  If you are moving in here please read this if you want the recommendation of someone who lived there for 6 years! From start to finish maintenance and the office has been amazing! They have changed staff about 3 times since we been there, and everyone has been on point, so if that matters to you definitely don’t hesitate to rent here! Next is for the price of these apartments it is definitely worth it! The updated units are definitely worth the extra money! I lived in both an updated apartment and one not updated, if you want to save some money the ones that are not updated are worth it too! If you like carpet. When I moved in here this was a 4 star complex and now it’s 3 stars. And that brings me to my only reason for not moving here but this is in no way the staffs fault. Since it is nice in the apartments specifically for the price it is attracting terrible people to move here in the last year. As you can see most reviews are bad because most people complain about 1 thing and give a 1 star….. and it will be because of roaches!!! Common I had roaches and all my reviews have been 5 stars. How’s that the leasing office fault? That’s more of an Austin fault. So if you don’t care about living with people that complain about having a Halloween decoration out for kids. “Me” or people always turning the corners on the opposite side of the road, parking insanely close to ur car so they ding it when they get out or stopping in the middle of the road with there blinkers on and no one else can pass from at least one side when there are 5 parking spaces in front of them wide open and also get use to seeing a bunch of people working on there cars on the weekends here If you just avoid most of the people who live here now and you’re looking for a nice cheap apartment then rent here for sure!
