His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set him apart.   I've had the pleasure of working with Dyllan through client referrals, and I can confidently say he's an amazing manager. He's incredibly attentive to every person who walks through the door and genuinely takes the time to make each prospective resident feel welcomed and valued. What stands out most is how effortlessly he highlights everything the property has to offer. He's knowledgeable, personable, and does an excellent job helping clients envision themselves living there without ever making the experience feel forced. He also handles every interaction with so much grace, patience, and professionalism. Whether he's answering questions, navigating concerns, or juggling multiple prospects at once, he always remains kind, composed, and focused on helping people find the right home.   I moved to Austin from Canada on Sunday and needed an apartment urgently. I went to a lot of apartments but none of them were able to let me move in the next day. Then I came to SOFI and met Dyllan (Assistant Manager), who did everything in his power to speed up the process and got me moved in the next day. He is an amazing person and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have gotten an apartment as fast I did.

  If you’re thinking of touring or needing help w/ your leasing issues ask for Dyllan!!! He helped me find and secured my apt weeks before I had to move. Life saver! 😭 I’ve seen and talked to multiple managers but is he incredibly resourceful and he’s the sweetest person ever

  I loved living at SOFI I especially want to recognize Dylan, one of the assistant managers. He has gone above and beyond to help me throughout my time here. Whether I had questions about my lease, renewal options, or needed help navigating apartment-related issues, Dylan was always patient, professional, and willing to take the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents and makes you feel valued, but Dylan consistently does exactly that. His customer service and dedication have made a big difference in my experience as a resident. If you’re considering living at Sofi, having a management team member like Dylan is definitely a huge plus.
