  We have been here for about 5 months, and the overall experience has been on a clear upward trend. They’ve really elevated the community feel with regular resident events. Security and organization are much better now—locker rooms are well-managed with secure codes, and key fob access for elevators and amenities adds convenience and safety. Maintenance has been quick and reliable, which makes a big difference. The property is clean, amenities are well-kept, and the skyline views are a nice bonus. Great location too—easy access to I-35 and other major highways. Overall, a much better living experience now. Definitely a solid choice in South Austin.

  I’ve been living at SOFI for the past couple of months, and my experience has been very positive—especially considering I moved in during the transition from Greystar to Valiant management. Despite the change, the new team made the process smooth and welcoming from the start. Izzy and Dyllan have been exceptional to work with. They are friendly, professional, and bring a genuinely positive energy to every interaction. They’ve been incredibly responsive to all my move-in needs and continue to be approachable and helpful whenever anything comes up. My unit is brand new, clean, and very spacious, with a great view. The community itself offers a true resort-style living experience, with fantastic amenities—the sky deck is definitely a standout feature. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference. It’s clear that Izzy and Dyllan truly care about the residents and are dedicated to keeping the community safe and running smoothly. In the short time they’ve been here, they have already made a strong, positive impact.

  Have been at sofi for the last 10 months, and have had nothing but great experiences here. Since the management switch in January, Izzie and Dillon have been great and very helpful with all the random questions I have. Not only is the front staff friendly and helpful, but Will the grounds keeper is also very helpful and nice as well. Overall would recommend anyone looking to live in south Austin for a great location and competitive prices.

  Amazing apartment complex. SOFI is easily the best apartment i’ve been at in 5 years of living in Austin. It’s kept very clean throughout the facility. The area is safe, with keycards to get in and security staff on patrol. All the amenities are brand new. And lastly, the staff is very helpful to any problems that arise. Special shoutout to Dylan & Izzy in the front!

  I’ve had a great experience here so far. The leasing team is incredibly friendly and always helpful, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained especially the plunge pool, which is super relaxing and always nice and quiet. On top of that, the security team is top notch and really adds to the overall sense of comfort and safety which is something that has been hard to find at other apartment complexes. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and well maintained place to live.
