  Working with Susan & Morgan made the entire home-buying process feel remarkably smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. From my very first consults with Susan and Morgan, through closing, I felt like I had a team behind me that was genuinely invested in getting the right result for me. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion in guiding me through this as a first time buyer, made a complicated and intimidating process feel surprisingly easy, stress-free, and remarkably smooth. I never felt pressured or like I was just another client. They listened, gave thoughtful guidance when I needed it, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in every decision. That kind of service is hard to find. And, most importantly, I absolutely love my house. I couldn’t be happier with where I ended up or with the road I took in getting here. Their mission talks about putting clients’ needs first, coming from a mindset of contribution, and defining luxury by the level of experience and service rather than price. After going through the process firsthand, I can honestly say that mission statement isn’t just marketing—it’s exactly how they operate. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for making such a major life decision feel easy, exciting, and enjoyable.   I couldn’t recommend working with Amy more! She truly was a lifesaver throughout our entire moving process. We weren’t Amy’s typical home-buying clients since we were looking to rent, but she never treated us any differently. She was always incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and considerate of our budget and what we were looking for in a home. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely wanted to find the best fit for us. One thing that really stood out was how knowledgeable she was about the local area and the homes we toured. Even though we were leasing, she would point out things that, if we were buying, could potentially be red flags, which showed us just how much she cared about making sure we were making a good decision. Amy was such a pleasure to work with, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to help make our move less stressful. We will 100% be coming back to Amy when we’re ready to buy a home, and I genuinely can’t wait for that day! If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, caring, and truly has your best interest at heart, I couldn’t recommend Amy enough!

  I worked with Jeni P. from Schmitz & Smith. She was amazing and responsive and patient with me while we worked through strategies on selling, buying, and renting. I am the first to say that I am not an easy client and my situation is not typical, but Jeni was thoughtful and creative while rolling with my chaos the whole time; being the reasonable, chill sounding board I needed to get me to a place that worked out wonderfully. I truly do recommend her and look forward to working with her on my next real estate yarn ball.
