  Jacob is a liar, so beware if you work with him. My sister and I applied and started the process on the 15th. She was notified via email from Vero on the 18th that her ID needed to be resubmitted, so she did it again. She called Jacob on the 22nd to see where we stood in the approval process. He called her back to let her know she needed to upload the ID AGAIN, so she did. The website said the apartment we were applying for was available today (the 23rd) so we said we'd want to move in tomorrow. BUT Jacob said yesterday that it now won't be available until the 1st. My sister got a call back today, saying we were denied completely based on Vero's partial denial (while they verified who my sister is, apparently some info in the database isn't matching so they're failing her verification). Vero's explanation is that something like a recent name change or recent move was not updated in the database which is the cause - problem is, her name and address haven't changed in over a decade. When I called to discuss the issue with Jacob, he lied and said he'd reached out to my sister several times since the start of the process - she looked at her phone log, text messages and emails and, other than his call back yesterday after her initial call to him, he never once reached out. He also lied when he said they're hands were tied because we were denied by Vero. Vero pointed out that they do not make the final decision - the leasing office does. Jacob refused to hold the apartment anothe day for my sister to get this cleared up - which Vero is now looking into (since there's really nothing she can provide that she hasn't already) so this won't happen again somewhere else. While now being under a super time crunch to find somewhere to live, I'm glad it won't be here since I don't like to associate with liars. I can only imagine how wed be treated if we had an issue while living there.

  I had to resubmit my application FIVE times and was denied because whatever automated system they use to verify your ID wouldn't accept my valid driver's license nor my US passport. The leasing agent said they had contacted me multiple times, which was untrue. Communication was very poor.

  Quiet/safe property with kind neighbors, quick access to downtown, the greenbelt, and everything you could want/need within 5 minutes. Maintenance is quick and communications from management is unmatched. Thankful to have called this place home for the last year and will absolutely be resigning my lease.

  I loved my time living at River Stone Ranch! The staff is great! The maintenance team gets work orders done quickly & efficiently. The trail attached to the apartments is lovely. They keep the pool area clean! I highly recommend! :)
