  The rent here is absolutely not worth it. When things get difficult, the office seems to shut down, avoid confrontation, and hide behind generic emails instead of giving residents honest information. We have just experienced 4 days no water. I went into the office asking for an actual timeframe because we had already been told MULTIPLE times the water would be restored, only for nothing to happen. The woman in the office said she would send an update or reach back out — she did 12 hours later, after I already had to find a way to shower at a friends house again. What really blew my mind was walking directly to the repair crew myself and finding out they had no idea our building still didn’t have water. Meaning the office apparently never even bothered to follow up on what I reported that morning. Also: -my car has been broken into -walls keep cracking after repair, from foundation shifting -sketchy people living for free in the trees 30yards from us Lastly: Be on the lookout for Radius on Grove to raise prices. Throughout this nightmare, the complex allowed the water leak to run freely throughout the parking lot for days. Someone’s gonna have to pay for that, lol.

  Maintenance/leasing office ordered and repaired the apartment work order in a timely manner - much appreciated. Also, the work order repair result looks brand new.

  I’ve lived at Radius on Grove for 2.5 years, and it has truly felt like home. The high ceilings and spacious layout, especially the rooms, bathroom, and patio, made everyday living really comfortable. The amenities have been a big highlight for me and my husband. We’ve especially enjoyed the pool during summer and the pickleball court throughout the year. The gym and dog park are also great additions that made the community feel complete. The management and maintenance teams have been cooperative most of the time, which made the experience smoother. It’s honestly hard to leave, but the rising rent for a 2 bed 2 bath made it difficult to stay. Still, I’m really grateful for the time we spent here and wish the community and future residents all the very best.

  Heads up to anyone with a big dog — save your $180 in application and pet screening fees. My dog has never barked, never bit, and just wants to play. Still not welcome here. Carry on. Nice looking apartments though. What a shame.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Radius on Grove. The building is modern, clean, and really well maintained. The amenities are a huge plus — from the fitness center to the common areas, everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. What truly makes this property stand out, though, is the incredible property manager. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. It makes a big difference knowing management is attentive and approachable. Overall, I highly recommend Radius on Grove to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.
