  I've had a great experience with this company; the application and move-in process were smooth and sample. Joni Sumrak did an excellent job of making everything as straightforward as possible during my move-in orientation and even moved up the date as I was traveling on the original date set. I was pretty skeptical reading the negative reviews but can say Joni was on top of everything and ensured I was taken care of.

  Zeinab Haji was super helpful with our move! She made sure that everything was explained clearly, communicated easily through calls and texts, and even called a few days after moving in just to make sure everything went alright with the move. Excellent customer service!

  Service techs are mostly good but the company itself is quite predatory, trigger-happy with LARGE fees, and become incredibly difficult to get ahold of when you try to dispute anything, no matter how much evidence you have. We're in the process of moving out and it has been a literal nightmare. We submitted a move out notice 3 months early to give them a heads up and they responded by charging us 4 months worth of utilities and said they will "adjust it" when the actual utilities are charged -_- We've lived here for 2 years and never paid rent late, report issues that we can't handle ourselves, but mostly tried to stay out of their way but it has been like pulling teeth to get anyone to address these issues. If the HOA reaches out at ALL, even just to give like a notice or warning, progress will fine you starting at $75. They didn't even inform us that we were in an HOA or provide their rules, bylaws, etc. Most recently, we received a $175 fee for leaving our trash cans out a day late 6 months ago. Tried to dispute it but they just referenced the lease. They have an EXTENSIVE move out checklist, which is wild considering the state of the house when we moved in. (Water leak flooding the front yard for the past 7 months according to the neighbors, exposed wiring inside the house, rusty nails left throughout the backyard and broken tiles, etc). Honestly, can't find a single good thing about this company other then most of their service techs. You will likely regret even applying.
