  Still waiting on a tub to be replaced at my apartment they keep saying somebody will come and fix it even gives us a set date and time every time we go up there but they never come it’s been 3 times already and now the upstairs tub leaks down to our apartment bathroom through the light fixtures no one ever came to check that out they just keep saying it will be done on certain days but again no one has bothered to show up. I have kids that bathroom that had a lot of problems leaks to my daughter room and it’s getting moldy and the light fixtures has shocked me from the water running down from upstairs thank god it was me and not my daughter that it happened too. Over all a dangerous situation that has not been fixed these complex used to be great when I first moved here idk what happened it’s been 3 months since we asked for the bathtub to be replaced and 2 months that the upstairs bathroom leaks down to our apartment

  My boyfriend and I recently signed here after living in the area at a different complex for two years. We weren’t sure if we wanted to move but decided to look at the peaks because it looked like lower prices for more space. Michelle (the leasing office manager) is 1000% the reason we felt completely comfortable to decide to move. She is not only kind but extremely thorough in explaining everything and making you feel at home immediately. If it weren’t for her I’m positive that we wouldn’t have felt as comfortable pulling the trigger to move. We are so excited to move!
