Not every neighborhood in this city delivers on its location, but the Arboretum area does. Our Northwest Austin apartments place students and young professionals close to campus, work, and a dining and retail corridor that covers most, if not all, of your weekly to-dos. Every unit in our community comes with wood-style flooring, a personal patio or balcony, and air conditioning already in place.
Very excited to be a resident here. I had a great move-in special and Michelle has been super nice and helpful!

My boyfriend and I recently signed here after living in the area at a different complex for two years. We weren’t sure if we wanted to move but decided to look at the peaks because it looked like lower prices for more space. Michelle (the leasing office manager) is 1000% the reason we felt completely comfortable to decide to move. She is not only kind but extremely thorough in explaining everything and making you feel at home immediately. If it weren’t for her I’m positive that we wouldn’t have felt as comfortable pulling the trigger to move. We are so excited to move!

Yay! New management took over and is taking care of business. I cannot wait to see what the next few months bring.

This place can’t even take care of their landscaping. This is what it looks like every time it rains. Dirt and debris everywhere!! This affects the bus stop too. Care about the people around you and fix this issue!
