  I have been living here since February and every employee here makes you seem like an inconvenience to them. EVERY time I reach out to them regarding anything related to my apartment they do not respond, but will be sure to email you or reach out when they need something or want your money.

  I’ve lived at this apartment community for 15 years, and one thing I’ve always been able to count on is the maintenance team. Whenever I’ve submitted a maintenance request, they have consistently responded and completed the work within a day. They’re dependable, efficient, professional, and have always taken care of whatever issue I’ve had promptly. After 15 years, that kind of consistently good service deserves to be recognized. I truly appreciate the maintenance team and all the work they do to keep things running smoothly for the residents.

  I have lived here for almost 5 or 6 years now, and my experience living here has been nothing but great; its quiet and very respectful! Maintenance is almost always handy and very polite. However, the floors can be thin and I recommend living on a lower floor if you work nights or are a night owl. I hate feeling like a nuisance to any neighbors, especially since I have a dog whos easily excitable. Overall, Wonderful place to live! Mary Lou is also wonderful and makes living here a breeze! Shes the best!

  Mary Lou is always a pleasure to interact with, she is one of the reasons we kept renewing our lease. We havent had any issues with our apartments and maintenance is great at coming on time or letting us know when theres delays. Overall, great experience and great fellow residents!

  I would caution prospective tenants to look closely at the management and resident experience before choosing this property. I have also been concerned by incentives offered to tenants for positive reviews, which can make online ratings difficult to evaluate. The ladies at the front office have always been amazing and professional. Unfortunately, they often have to defer to the manager, Sarah, and in my experience, getting issues addressed by her directly has been very difficult. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of enforcement of the lease provisions regarding residents' right to peacefully enjoy their homes. I had extremely disruptive neighbors living above me who woke me up countless times during the night. I provided recordings of the noise to management, but I was told they needed to personally hear the noise before they could take action. I was also repeatedly directed to contact the courtesy officer. Unfortunately, in my experience, he rarely answered or took meaningful action when contacted. Overall, while I have had positive interactions with the front-office staff, my experience with management and the handling of serious resident complaints has been very disappointing. If you're considering living here, I would recommend looking elsewhere. In regards to their response, completely FALSE! When it sounds like they're filming an episode of WWE that is not normal noise , especially in the middle of the night. Funny how you will never admit wrong doing. And there was only one time someone came to my home during a time that the noises weren't happening. You investigated nothing.
