  I moved into these apartments about two months ago, and unfortunately, I had some issues with my washer not working properly. However, the maintenance and office teams were very helpful and found a solution. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far, I really like my apartment and the location.

  To anyone interested in moving into this place be aware that whoever designed it did not keep in mind that people are going to be moving into this place. You can’t take a U-Haul into the parking garage and the elevator is not easily accessible if you’re moving large boxes or furniture. You will have to park outside the parking garage and then bring it into the parking garage, walk up some stairs, then you are at the elevator. I am so shocked that they would design it this way

  A very disappointing experience. This manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, treating residents and customers with little to no respect. Someone in a management position should know how to communicate professionally and treat everyone with dignity. The way she speaks to and treats people is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the property.

  I absolutely love living at Matador Apartments! The community is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained. The office is always friendly, responsive, and willing to help. The location is convenient, and the amenities make it feel like home. I highly recommend Matador to anyone looking for a great place to live in Austin! I always look forward to their resident drive up events ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
