  Out of state relocation made easy! My wife and I are new to New Braunfels and were unfamiliar with the area, neighborhoods, and points of interest. Lauren Frank with Moreland Properties was instrumental in helping us find the perfect home and location. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us and came fully prepared each time we toured homes — from established neighborhoods to new builds. We ultimately chose a new build next to a greenbelt and close to downtown Gruene, and Lauren’s guidance made that decision easy and confident. Because we were living out of state, Lauren went above and beyond by coordinating a third‑party inspection company to be our eyes on the ground. She worked closely with the inspectors to identify issues with the quality of the build, then partnered with the Builder to ensure those issues were resolved. She applied that same diligence when we discovered potential drainage concerns adjacent to our property. Lauren engaged directly with both the Builder and the Developer to drive improvements — even after closing — which speaks volumes about her commitment to her clients. Lauren also simplified the closing process by coordinating with our Realtor in New Mexico to ensure a seamless transition from closing in NM to closing in TX. All we had to do was show up; everything was organized, prepared, and ready for an easy, stress‑free closing. Lauren’s professionalism, advocacy, and genuine care made our relocation experience exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process.

  Above and beyond to find the perfect home. Lauren has been a wonderful partner. We relocated from out of state, and she was great about scouting ahead so that we could target our limited time in town. She was quick to respond to questions and a great source of local knowledge. She was great with negotiations and made sure we understood to local market options and fair pricing. The team was organized and the process was made very clear and communicated well. I strongly believe she went above and beyond for us, and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you!

  Working with Lauren was such a wonderful experience! We came into the process unsure of which area of town we wanted to call home, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way.
